This seems bullshit and a scam from a 1000 miles away. How do you plan to bilk people exactly though

I do not have any wallet that wants to recover but so far I have not yet encountered any platform that can recover the wallet's passphrase in whole or partially there are some who claim to recover but they do not guarantee recovery and they ask for upfront payment its good you did not post this in your actualization because people will consider it as a scam if you ask for upfront payment.
