Sounds interesting, but with no traffic this is pointless. Besides, those who get lowest floors will face huge exposure issues once tower gets bigger.

What a neat idea... You can actually build virtual receptions or storefronts inside each floor so visitors could enter and get introduced to advertiser business or project. Very creative 
Yes, we have similar idea. Maybe blog or something, so every floor will have a article about advertised business

I'm assuming once you get a floor you're pretty much stuck on that floor? Is there any chance the order of the floors (the add location) will change every time someone refreshes? Such as to make visibility fairer to all? Otherwise is obvious the top floors will always have more views.
I'm considering getting one either way, what size should the image be? You should mention that on the order page.
Also, if 0.005 is the promo price, whats the regular price? I don't see it listed anywhere.

Every floor have their unique number. We not have in plan to random reorder floors.
Imagine skyscraper in real physical world, and floating floors changing their location every second...
