Why you say scam? People have gotten their deposits returned to them. Who do you know that will do this for their members if they were a scam site?They did it to build trust, and because the amount of deposits they received from the first installment of the website yielded such little investments that it would not make sense to steal the money because that would be a huge waste of a website. So they simply refunded the money and are trying to relaunch now.
We received over 0.75BTC worth of deposits, and had this amount in our hot wallet at the time of Day 1. 24 Hours after launch. We paid out 1.2~BTC worth of payouts for all who invested in that program. They got their promised ROI just before the close.
We are relaunching as our platform was not advanced enough, today we are launching new and fresh because we needed to update our site, as it was to simple.
It has nothing to do with finances.
Launch was delayed to 12pm GMT today, we are smoothing out some aspects of the new script!

the btcgrow script is publicly available for download, he's probably using the script and modifying it for his site.

Guess you guys forgot about the BTCGROW scam that this guy was part of. The reason he needs to relaunch the site is because people were soooo tired of being scammed by this guy that nobody invested in BTCFAST version 1 so he was forced to refund and shut down. The reason he refunded was because 1. He scammed so much money from BTCGROW that he could afford to do it. And 2 why waste a whole website on a couple dollars that he would have gotten from scamming the few investors that used his site.
