Nothing around us will last forever. The computer I'm using now will only last a few years, but I'm confident BTC will last many more decades. Even if the network's going down to 2 computers, BTC can keep on going. The real question is how many people will keep on using it. I hope it will grow, and each time I'm watching the news, I see reasons to be hopeful. I see larger and larger deficits in most countries. I see more and more taxes to try to curb those deficits. I see more and more civil unrest, the yellow vests people in France, the occupy people in the US... Sooner or later, people will realize that BTC is a safe way to keep your savings, and to do business outside of the eyes of the devil, the taxman.
In my opinion, Bitcoin will not remain forever. Why? Because bitcoin cannot maintain the price itself. You will wait to raise the price when the mining season is flactuate.
Bitcoin is a lifetime for me but the price of it will not last forever maybe we are facing this kinda situation because of lack of investors right now.

That's true, but in my opinion at any time Bitcoin and Blockchain will definitely update to more sophisticated technology. like Android, they update all the time from the low to the top. maybe that's also what will happen to Bitcoin, but we do need to be vigilant and be careful about playing Cryptocurrency. We really must take advantage the current cryptomarket, this may not last forever but I’m sure it can still go for more decades before its gone. Bitcoin is a great invention that help us to enjoy great financial system hopefully governmet will finally support this and help this marker to last longer.
Will not survive and will disappear if everyone loses confidence in bitcoin. But bitcoin is still the main and trusted and it's more likely that bitcoin will survive in the long run.
Bitcoin exists because of the technology within it, which is the blockchain. We all know that technology is changing through time. In our lifetime, maybe bitcoin will flourish. But, as time goes by, new technology will come and for sure it qould be better. For the meantime, this the time for bitcoin amd its technology.
Bitcoin is what is popular now and the price of it won't affect that because it brings change even to our life. For now it is good buy we do not know for how long it going to exist, all what good now I'd having it while watching how the price changes. Bitcoin is not a "hype" that is easily lost. Because there are many great people behind this game. Normally Bitcoin is not used too much by the majority of people. We cannot deny that Bitcoin can be known by many people because of the fantastic price increase in 2017.

I don't spend time thinking when it's time for bitcoin to die, and I think more about getting profit from bitcoin. Bitcoin doesn't last forever but bitcoin can still give time to get real results.

We never know what will last forever because nothing is eternal in this life and on this Earth. Human is the first one who can't live forever, how we know what will live for long or not

dont think it will not last forever, bitcoin is running in the internet and always be running digitally. Maybe there would be created a crypto that is more efficient to bitcoin making it to be more powerful, this can be the time that bitcoin will consider as dead coin but will still there. No one can dictate the future of every crypto these are all dependent to the adaption of the market.
