@eid - because we are using a toll free number that is free of charge for calling from Europe the us and north America.
calls from Africa and asia costs around around 0.60 a minute.

Most businesses now have a various calling numbers.

And speaking about calls, when the forwarding is fixed you can call in and ask all the questions you have Smiley

@eid - The contact details are located in the footer area, the support link in the home menu is for submitting tickets and for the FAQ, our number is up and running, but there is currently a problem with the forwading with some service providers but this should be fixed soon.

Thank you. Now can you tell me why you have a UK address but a North American phone number?

@Amph - Well, not all the coins are turned into fiat, we are a small group of family members and friends, and i have high hopes regarding crypto-coins, specially bitcoins and start-coin.

@turvarya - Yes we are registered with godaddy, they are a big name out there. we also have our SLL certificate installed through them, and our domain has been verified by them.

@Gultahin - Our suppliers offer a full refund if the products is broken, or there is any issue with your order, so we will issue a complete refund if your product does not arrive for some odd reason, or if it is damaged or broken

@sgk - We are not based in china, but our suppliers are.

@dothebeats - Yes you have been here since the start, and your feedback and intense criticism before we launched gave us an idea on how much Trust is going to be a big issue at first! Cheesy

If you do make an order, it will be shipped via DHL, so it should arrive within a weeks time, if you do make an order, it would be fantastic if you keep a log on this post. The site cost us alot of money, and scamming is not our thing, we aim for the long run, we have a mission, we are true believers in Crypto coins, and we enjoy what we do.

i am surprised no one commented on the Affiliate program https://coinoy.com/2015/06/earn-bitcoins-coinoys-affiliate-program/ - This took the most time, and we spent quite alot to develop this system..

Hi egy

The site doesn't seem to load on me. Even the affiliate link you posted doesn't load. Any ideas?

Your site doesn't seem to have any contact details for your company. Unless I missed them somewhere.

Perhaps they're meant to be under the non-working "Support" button?

Looking at the product mixture on their shop and their willingness to report reduced price on the shipment to save on your customs duty, I am pretty convinced they're based in China.

I have seen similar products and policies on chinabuye.com and pandawill.com when I was looking to buy a cheap Android tablet.

I've once pointed out that this might be a scam because of the prices they offer for several gadgets. It turns out that their products came from China, but I can say that they aren't from China. Also, I talked to the site owner (or one of the owners, he once said that he and his brother is setting up this store) and discussed some issues that they might face in case they set this up and running. I still have the private messages intact in my inbox and in case this store do shit, I can help in the issue if ever.

And no, I am not in any way affiliated to them.

The first thing I wonder, if I see a shop is: Who are this guys?
I couldn't find anything about that.
Why is GODADDY.COM, LLC the registrar of your domain?

Sorry, but my first impression is, that it looks shady. Maybe you can clear things up.

How come a domain registered on GoDaddy shady?

Anyways, the site doesn't load so maybe it's not 100% up?
I haven't heard about GoDaddy, yet. Is it well-known? Not much on WoT about it.
I just don't like, if people don't register a domain by them self, at least, with a shop, which wants me to send them money and I have to hope, that I get ware for that.

GoDaddy is one of the big ones T... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GoDaddy
I would not worry about the registrar, shop itself is another story.

Support button works fine. But there is no information about company there. You can only read short FAQ and submit support ticket (I did not test that).
Well, it's good that we have bitcoin initiatives like that popping out. But just to be sure I wait until someone test this out. I've seen some good looking bitcoin sites in the past which turned out to be scams.

Strange. It does nothing for me. Maybe if I disabled noscript, but I'm not going to do this.
