iirc the old rates were slightly lower and i think it was 0.0008 for each post so he got what was promised.

How can he have got what he promised with the new rates at 0.00085? There's a discrepancy there. I think the rates were only lower for the first week, but apparently he forgot to change payouts for the second week, but third and fourth were apparently at the new current rate.

Looks fine to me. I suspect there was just a mix up like there was with many other users.
