Cashout Form - Players enter in player name, password, and amount they wish to cashout (Must make multipal API calls to first confirm password, then confirm account has enough balance, and if all is good, complete the deduction of chips.

I have a fair amount of experience (most of my career) on OOP using different languages. Git and MySQL is a standard on this industry, I do not meant to brag but I have mastered both of them. I typically charge $30 - $100 per hour depending on the nature and skills required by the project.
Thanks. You have a great salary! But in our world you can find strong programmers for much lower fees (10-20$ per hour - Senior), for example from India, Russia, Belarus.
