We are talking about developing projects based on blockchain "decentralized dream," and then your list is centralized?

As you choose this menu, we have to trust your choices, and then you will be responsible for renewing this list, making sure developers and other things.
Sorry, but since we're talking about trust, you have to show some information about you or hire a trusted member.

I suggest you create a decentralized system for developers, a system similar to bitrated[1]"member can make his profile and add some sites as trusted points + feedback points."

Thanks for the advise, I like the idea of assigning a score to each user (developer) based on certain criteria. I will definitely consider it.

Hello everyone,

My name is Liviu, I am a developer and have been working on various blockchain projects in the last year. I have just launched my own start-up called Dapptitude, our initiative is to gather and connect blockchain projects and start-ups with developers and teams worldwide. Here is the link of our website, I would love to get some feedback from you guys, thoughts and impressions, also if anyone is interested in working with us, I am more than open to hear from you.

Kind Regards!

Well How about this make sure when people use your website it should not crush like I would say a few times it should not happen especially in a week why because it is really annoying. Plus When you make a bounty be sure that do no indication any amount because if your altcoun value crush goodluck you participants/investors would make a noise about it.

you gave me some very good insights on what needs to be fixed and improved.

Glad to see you answering, you are in the right direction, keep it up!

Keep payments in fiat-values perhaps, since people have to set industry rates that are anyway based on fiat values, but select an existing, established cryptocurrency as payment. Bitcoin's always a sure winner, but I'm sure most people/freelancers, including myself, always make allowances for alts that are these days almost as easy to exchange. Ether's pretty popular as alternative, I even accept Litecoin.

I also agree to this and would also add to the list, for considering, Monero, for being fungible and anonymous and some would prefer that and maybe surprisingly Ripple, since even my card provider already allows direct conversion from XRP to EUR. However, in my eyes too, Bitcoin is the first choice by far.

People will work for fiat and not tokens, even though I like the idea of issuing a dapptitude token in the future.

Don't. We have enough tokens as it is. Approaching 2k on CMC now. That also contributes to our beloved crypto economy, too, so win-win-win.

Thank you very much guys for the feedback, you gave me some very good insights on what needs to be fixed and improved.

Just to answer a few questions that I got in here: yes, there will definitely be a catalog or a list of the teams and developers we collaborate with, also for every job offer that we get I aim to providing at least a couple of proposals from several partners. Working on that.

Thanks for letting me know that the site is not secure, I will go ahead and add a SSL certificate to enhance security as a first step.  A video guide is a good idea, I will consider making one, thanks.

Site's working fine for me. Don't worry too much about the design elements, anyone serious enough to prospect for the idea can look past design and presentation - of course, this doesn't mean you shouldn't make it friendlier to navigate, faster to load.

Seems pretty clear to me what the site does. Plenty of threads on this forum for people looking for devs (and devs looking for work). So there's definitely demand.

You did quote some big names there as your clients such as Samsung, Uber, Tinder etc. but at the same time saying here that you have just launched your own startup. I think that is contradictory except there is more that I am not privy to from here. Also, there is no clear distinction about whether the site is a platform where people can collaborate or just a freelancing site that people come to hire developers for their projects. The objective needs to be fully clear.

Names like that work to pull in some attention, but be prepared to back it up with actual portfolio references. You'd be surprised just how many claims are made out there in this space, and how many don't actually bear any weight.

Just need to look back on some truly embarrassing retractions made even by multi-million dollar crypto startups, to see the repercussions of this.

Your work is your CV. You do need a track record, but you don't need to have done it with big names.

Something extra to add is that the OP posted 3 topics with similar content and doesn't answer anywhere.
OP, if you are serious, you should keep only one topic and answer / fix the stated issues.

As a first thing there, your site is not secure which is the notification I got for visiting the website. This alone would discourage people from paying a second visit to the site in other to know what is really going on. Another is the duration of time it uses to load which I think you need to do better with the same internet speed, the forum loads 5x faster than your platform.

You did quote some big names there as your clients such as Samsung, Uber, Tinder etc. but at the same time saying here that you have just launched your own startup. 1. I'd like to get some more information on how it works. What stands behind "We provide you with the best developers for your project"? What does the hiring process look like?
2. Will there be a public catalog of developers, like on upwork.com? Or does a team blindly sign up and rely on your choice of specialists?
3. A small video guide on the front page would be a plus.

Some major mistakes of the website which may make potential lose their interest to you. More attractive information even if some sharing posts or blogs can be added to the website since people do not just want to see word description, everyone even a scammer and do such description. Personal, unique, professional sharing published may get more impression

The idea is good as I think there are growing demands about blockchain project and an efficient developer is surely not something easy to find.
How do you plan to market your website? If I have a suggestion it's about the website itself. You should finish the FAQ and Team page before starting to promote.

Well the site itself works and looks great on my smartphone.
The idea i think is good, connecting companies and projects with developers.
Its actually a recruitment agency specialising in blockchain careers and talent.

I am impressed with your client list, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Uber, Ripple and Tinder.
