His fee seems to have increased from 5% to 6.5%.
Also, There are a lot more address filled in now that were missing. They seem to be filling in at a pace of 4-5 a Minute, Certainly a manual job at work.
Just a observation.

He just change IP. Not trying to get current IP unbanned.
