I don't think the leaderboard thing is enough of an incentive. You need to do something like daily or even hourly raffles where a user has the opportunity to win the jackpot if they deposit over a certain amount. You can even make it so that the more entrants, the bigger the jackpot.

Last 3? It seems to me that you don't quite understand how ponzi works.
Assuming the table of payments on the site is correct, there are about 254 btc to be paid.
Even if OP doesn't charge any fee, it will require 254 persons to invest 1 btc to clear all those pending transactions. But then all those 254 new deposits will need to wait for 330.2 btc new deposits to be paid.

That's not viable, sorry. The pending payouts will absolutely stack up and the value needed to pay them all out will increase dramatically over time. Regular resets are the only way to ensure good avg. processing times.

What about this:
The last one who deposited on that round, would receive a percetage of the remained amount or a fixed amount. It definitely would not stuck like atm.

I would do it in this way:
We would stake an amount of 2BTC at the beginning of the each round, before any payout. Then the last one who deposited 1 btc on that given round would take back 2btc as reward. This would be a huge incentive for players to deposit even at the end of each round. Because at the current stat weeklyponzi is basicaly just a 3dailyponzi.
