Most online casinos and sports betting sites offer welcome bonuses,  ranged from the free spins to deposit ones,  that maximize  profit, if any, from  the first  deals for newcomers. Sometimes, the advantages of welcome bonuses   are    nullified  by  attached wagering requirements  hidden in the terms and conditions (T&C) that regulate gambling on those sites. Would you read T&C before go ahead and make your first deposit attracted by those welcome bonuses?
I had chosen no on the poll. Why? because i do literrally know on what are the things behind those terms and condition which is pretty common in all of casinos where
wagering requirement is already high which would really be putting you into the negative situation which its not surprising that casinos would really be always mindful
that they should really be on advantage which it isnt something new. For noobs out there then it turns out to be on your advantage until you do realize that
you are already fucked up or wont able to hit the wager requirement until you bust it all.

you won't trigger a welcome bonus if you won't read what is written in the rules but you will end up playing the game normally .
If you want to activate the bonus you will find it in the bonus tab and by there you can see the rules .
It was not a long read for you to feel lazy but it can be difficult to understand to some gamblers if they have a weak brain . Better if they don't mess with it if they are not sure how it works than to lose Thier balances .

To read terms and conditions is too much time consuming, so frankly speaking I really try to avoid it if I can. However, if I'm going for any kind of promotion or bonus offered by the casino I must read it carefully, especially because it's well known there are many hidden details in most of the cases which will make it more difficult (or even impossible, depending) to collect the reward later.
I suggest anyone to do the same and if you don't have time or are too impatient for that, just don't go for any promotions. There are many cases of gamblers who complain later about the conditions imposed by the casinos over the special offers, but since gamblers clicked at *I agree* button, nothing can be done to revert the situation in their favour.

Most of the time, those who didn't take time reading the T&C regrets participating with those offered bonuses, not knowing that in each free/bonus there's  a corresponding task / requirements to fill.

It's always a good thing to know and understand every grounds that accompanied by the promotions the sites are offering, having the right insight you can easily weigh in if you are capable and willing to do all the necessary needs to complete and take the advantages.

The one who knows and understand always have the advantages.. Wink

You need to read T&C before playing on any legit casino but only that part which is important like deposit, withdrawal,KYC which are main aspect of any casino. You need to familiar with the rules and regulations of any casino because in case you make a mistake and ignorance is not a plea in any case.Bonus is well utilised by players like coupons or any other codes but if you think you can withdraw them or wager with them then it's not the case as you also need to deposit some funds against their use.

Since probably the least of us even take a look at the T&Cs - me neither - I can recommend sites like BTCGosu.com. There gambling sites are analyzed in detail and even compared and also tested and reported on things like welcome bonus or deposit bonus. For BTCGosu users there are always special promotions such as welcome packages, where you can immediately withdraw the credited BTC if you like to.

BTCGosu.com also regularly reports about scam accusations against casinos and warns about irregularities in a blog.

By the way, the site is run by a very well-known forum member here: efialtis.

Just like a normal human being, I fail to read terms and conditions, which usually end up weirdly enough sooner or later. not only terms and conditions, you should also read a little about the whole website, their services, their charges etc.  For example:- I forgot to read about the fee they charge and at the end, I was forced to gamble more with the Same money in hope that I would earn the amount exceed the fee+ initial investment, which never happened and I lost a considerable amount.

It is important to read terms and conditions but I feel like websites makes them longer than usual to hide the main points which they can use.

I read about a guy here who did not know that VPN off/on was a thing, he lost a very big amount of money. Time and again you would encounter such incidents where people forget to read and they end up loosing a lot.

I do think that :
Companies should make them short and to the point so that even we can read it, then add an additional + there so that we can just expand any point.

I didn't have time to read all the terms and conditions of the site in their entirety and would probably read some key point before signing up. Many site have almost the same terms and conditions as other site and there are only a few point that differ. Meanwhile I just made sure that I and my country are not banned by the site before registering and that has been a major focus for me. About the welcome bonus, maybe I didn't really think about it from the start because that's not the reason why I should read the terms and conditions of the site.

These day almost every gambling site comes up with the welcome bonus. Among them trusted gambling sites won't provide these kind of welcome bonus. Very few used to read the terms and conditions before getting registered on a gambling platform. Most of the time users register and deposit without reading the terms and conditions. Later on withdrawal it comes as an issue and for this reason several gambling sites have been taken into scam accusations.

Most of the casino requires to activate the bonus on there bonus page before it will be effective and the wagering requirements is clearly stated there even if the user didn't read the ToS of the casino. Most newbs claiming scam are those abusive user that cheat on the bonus of the casino by creating account multiple times just to claim the bonus. The casino obviously hold there withdrawal for this malicious reason. This the common scenario of scam accusation thread of casino and not by lack of reading ToS.

Bottom line: casino welcome bonus rules and requirements not all sites are the same, I have to really understand the bonus terms on offer, that's important to me, why is it important to read, so as not to be disappointed in the future when you win and bonuses cannot be disbursed.
Well, this is indeed very important for us to understand that the terms and conditions must be read carefully so that there is no misunderstanding from us when there is a welcome bonus for this first gambler, there are usually lots of complaints because they don't see the terms and conditions for me. it is very important to read.

And until now I have never taken the opportunity for a welcome bonus and I usually bet as usual with a small capital so it is not enough in terms of requirements, but I always see on every gambling site there must be this kind of offer.

It is better to read those Terms & Conditions before proceeding, not just on their welcome bonuses but as a whole, generally as what terms and conditions of them can affect me as their player. It doesn't require a lot of time compared to your effort to play and try to make profit on their site.

From the one hand and from my point of view the casino welcome bonus has a good value for the gambling bettors themselves in getting free and profitable money, that's one of the strategies of every gambling site to attract bettors, but not all gambling sites have the same bonus requirements, it needs to be understood.

Honestly, I personally tend to prefer to read and understand the terms and conditions on the gambling sites that offer that bonus, for me it's important.

The reasons are common:
• Bonuses can be taken based on deposits that have been made.
• There are gambling sites that impose certain maximum bet, slots and game limits on a bonus without having to withdraw the bonus.
• there is also you can not withdraw the bonus, if you do not make a deposit and play.
• some immediately activate the existing bonus.

Bottom line: casino welcome bonus rules and requirements not all sites are the same, I have to really understand the bonus terms on offer, that's important to me, why is it important to read, so as not to be disappointed in the future when you win and bonuses cannot be disbursed.

Well for some of us it is not necessary to read the terms and conditions especially if the casino is reputable and popular. But I still take time reading their rules before playing to be aware of their conditions and what to avoid.

Though im attracted with the casinos with generous welcome bonus, I make sure I know some of their important rules like the wagering requirement, rollover and minimum withdrawals to not get disappointed if ever I became lucky to grow what I had as free, as a new player.

I usually read the terms and conditions if i'm interested in the bonus but I rarely take them since they're not worth the risk with all the rollovers, bet limits and such.

Sometimes I even ask the support to confirm the terms since they can be confusing at times.
The welcome bonus always comes from the usual email notification, but I ignore it because I have never heard of the welcome bonus, just look at the terms and conditions, if the bonus given is sometimes always different from what is expected.
Usually a welcome bonus is always given on the initial deposit with a large amount and will get free spins but I have never tried it this is too big for a deposit for me so it is burdensome.
I only need what I used in the bet.

I was one of the persons who always got on the hook with all that bonuses. I used to register on every gambling site that offers bonuses for new players. I usually read only huge banner like "GET A WELCOME 100$ BONUS", and never read "you will receive 100 bucks only after you make a 100 bucks deposit. I did not even check minimum required amount for withdraw. And that is thing that spoils all the fun. No matter what welcome bonus is offered, minimum required for withdrawal will be several times greater than your bonus. So to be able to withdraw, player need to win 4-5 all-in straight.
Those banners were too noticeable not be attracted to play, I'd been visiting before sites that do have ads like that and tries to play especially during Pandemic. What saddened sometimes casinos have ads alike but after visiting and clicking you'll only be able to get the bonus once you deposit some amount unlike before that players were really able to have free plays using those bonuses.

I always do and do so because I once saw a 0.50 Bitcoin deposit bonus a few years back but I didn't know that I had to play or wager 20 x 0.50 Bitcoin before to qualify for the withdraw so I lost some money back then. From that very moment I read every T&C for every single type of bonuses the casinos are offering and I encourage everyone to do so,especially beginners because I was once a beginner in the story of 0.50 Bitcoin bonus and I know the adrenaline may get the best out of you.

You seldom see a welcome bonus without wagering requirement and maximum winning so reading up the terms is kinda unnecesary but I still do it. Most of what I read takes only 5 minutes or less.

There are simply way too many instances in which people have been ripped off from welcome bonuses for anyone to not be careful.

Casinos are notorious for being dishonest when it comes to ridiculous welcome bonuses, and they are generally going to enforce the rules as strictly as they possibly can in order to deny any actual winners from their winnings.

As a gambler, you need to defend your rights in this case. I honestly suggest that people just avoid welcome bonuses in the first place, since they are so tricky and not worth it most of the time (and induces you to take on more -EV over time). But if you do, then be prepared to argue with the site admin for your bonus if you do fulfill the wagering requirement and end up with a positive balance.
