This year i lost all the profits i got in 2017. I really hope 2019 will help me get thru everything
Well, this year seems more of a year for holding and investing more, than making profit obviously. However, it looks like the volume with the bears is pretty much subsiding, but in the long term, that is not something we can prove yet, if the bears are completely tapped out or not as we still have to understand that we could see a relief rally but that does not simply means for the long term bullishness or complete move to the uptrend, the bulls are all in, we will just have to wait to see what the market will bring.
That are only one predictions for the coming year 2019, that the bear market are already ending and that the bull season is coming , we are happy about it and we are hoping that the ptedictions may come true to the year that comes which is 2019.
This year I didn't get that much profits only thing I did was holding my investments , I hope all my patience will pay off next year and there will be bull market and I make more profits

I guess next year will be the bull run year the market will gets greeen and a lot of investors will get profits from holding their coins. I am hoping this will be true. Nobody knows when the bull run happen but a lot of us here are hoping for this good event to happen in the market of crypto and I pray this will be. many investors are in same hope only ?? I think that those who manage the market have a well-thought-out plan of action regarding the BTC price movement. We are members of this community will continue to guess about the price change and wait, wait, wait.
Market has moved up and now above 3700$ which is a good sign as it is showing sign of recovery and may be we will soon see the bull run to happen and market will be back again to 8-10k easily. Seems it can happen well before year end and we are about to witness it and welcome the new year with bull run.
What happened from the bull run last year was insane. Every coin in the market pumped and everything were on hype mode. Just like you, I have this regret of not investing early last year and riding the pump rocket. Had I known that Btc will hit the moon then i should've invested more.
I hope that in the coming year, the bull run will start again. A year of red market is enough for everybody.

Do not be so confidence because the market price increase might be a bull trap. Reminders that investors has high risk and some experts had told that bitcoin has going to end for it has already reach its peak just like other investment scam. Though bitcoin has been good for a while hopefully that it will be put into legal terms where there is security for the investors when investing in bitcoin.
The purpose of someone to invest is to get a profit, I would bet 100% for those who come to invest just to get a loss. However, this is an investment place where loss is a door for everyone, everyone will pass through the door even though they don't want it. Indeed, there are several types of people who are different in dealing with the losses they experience. Some of them will continue to hold their investment even though it continues to fall, because they believe cryptocurrency will recover, and the other half is that they will decide to sell in a loss that ultimately laments the decision they made.
It's probably the sign but still it doesn't count as bulls in my opinion, still there is no significant price movement we see this day.. Even though it already surpassed $100 for now but hey its better than nothing.

There is a small recovery going on in the market at the moment but I cannot say that this is a clear sign the bulls are back and that the bears have left the market, the bears are going to try to influence the market by trying to short bitcoin and selling their coins and since many people left the market it is unlikely a bull market can be sustained.Its been a while since we saw the bulls coming. we can now rest and wait for the big pump.

Of course, all of us have the same hope as you because, this year, we don't make bigger profits. I believe there is a time for us to make that profits again and we can hope that it will happen in the next year. I hope that it will not happen with bitcoin only, but it happens with the altcoin too because right now, the market is on the way to reverse and hopefully, the price of the bitcoin and altcoin can increase higher. But we need to aware and prepare if there is bad news that can make some people afraid and dump their coins because they don't want to get a loss and we can make another strategy to prevent the loss.

Yes, you are right it is not a sign for a bull run, but there is a sudden increase in the price of bitcoin makes many people think towards the bull run. I hope it is not a sign for a bull run, we need to wait whether it will carry to 19000$ or not.
Not yet for me. Im looking at $6000 as a very interesting place to test the current bull:bear ratio sentiment and then evaluate from there depending on if we are rejected from crossing $6000 again, or we cross it with confidence.
Im aiming towards a $6000 break attempt, and failure to do so, then continued bear market until Q2 or Q3 2019 with a bottom, probably some Mike Hearn ragequit moment from someone with a "big name" in Bitcoin, which will signal a clear capitulation, then start of the bull market, and $100k+ for the next halving.
If BAKKT goes out bigly and has tons of contracts, they will be forced to buy a ton of Bitcoin tho, so this may change the game and teleport us into a bull market.

With the current situation of crypto market as posted on the thread. Everyone is hoping against hope that the market correct would triger the more stable market status before it goes up again. With high Market Volatility everyone is still holding on the last transaction on 2018. But as we can notice, the market trend seems to be on the upward trend yet it is not yet that stable as it is. once the market of Bitcoin breaks the 4k level i think it will go up as to put down the Bearish market into the dashbin. I am more positive that if the capitulation on the market didn't happen we can either wait or just go ahead of our daily monitoring then make a decision to protect our investment vs.profits.

I am also one of the many optimist hodler expecting some relief in 2019. But I think we may have to wait more before seeing the real bulls overpowering the bears atleast till 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2019.
That's if we have a bull market next year which I doubt we will have in at least the first or even the second quarter of 2019. There is even no evidence that we have much investors holding Bitcoin now as both buy and sell sides are actively trading Bitcoin which means this is a trader's market as of the moment. Sorry to popped your idea but you should really be realistic in what you believe in as it could really crash your expectations once it is not what you are hoping to become.
Are people still waiting for the SEC's approval? Seriously? I forgot about it for a long time, so I don't expect anything, and the same for the market but I will be surprised if the price reaches $10k in 2019. I haven't looked at market prices for several days (to keep my mind healthy) not bad for the past 7 days.
