Your site is so new and claims as the official sponsors of Swansea FC, so I think it is not a big problem for you to give such promotions. Look at other sportsbook, they still giving so nice promotions even though they are older than you.

Other sites indeed requires 10x rollover but mostly with lower minimum odds, around 1.5 (minimu) while this one is higher (2.00). I would prefer to wager with minimum odds of 1.5 instead of 2.00 to complete the rollover requirement because 1.5 has less risk IMO.

You still haven't answered why beteast.co.uk refuses to recognize you are the same brand as them and you are for the rest of europe and they are only for UK users.
Until you clearly solve this accusation a lot of bitcoin users here will be doubtful to join.

Second since you are offering bitcoin, you know bitcoin is pseudo anonymous (can be converted to full anonymous with a few tips and tricks) you should remove the section asking for personal data for bitcoin users, as this is another reason very few bitcoin users will join your sportsbook.

Why would you switch your already working sportsbook software and purchase UltraPlay for your sportsbook needs? Also, if you really are owned by BetEast.co.uk, why do they refuse to recognize that you are owned by them? It makes no sense, and anyone running something like this would know that there would be skeptical customers, and will answer to give them a peace of mind. Also, if you go on Bodava, they will say that BoDog is owned by them.
