@Bitcoinmeetups.org I have sent you an add request on skype. 

imho knc will not reply..they have cut off all support via forums etc..and are now limited to email support.....i also heard they will not do voice support if you ever could get thru their voice line...

so essentially you are gonna get someone in email who will do (as i understand from others here) prob after 2 weeks

1) send you spam email they usually send saying to re-seat all the connections to your board and cubes and restart ...if that don't work do one cube at a time etc etc

2) send you a 2nd email to RMA whatever is wrong for an item to them (at your cost unless the whole cube or titan controller is broke from day one) after they get
and process it you will get the item back supposedly fixed and or a diff item

in other words......it all depends on how many 'techs' they have fixing this....i would suspect they only have 1 or 2 techs now in that they are shutting down
the consumer part of the biz...so this could be a long drawn out affair

hope i'm wrong and they have quick turn around but is looking even dicier for the quick fix on the 2nd batch stuff .....imho

also can't remember but is the 2nd batch on the 3 month warranty or are they on the 12 month? can't remember ...prob wrong but it nags me

so no i would not BOTHER to make such a knc page etc...would be nice if someone had archived the knc forums thou....the waybackmachine has not much and not any after oct 6th 2014....dang shoulda done it

Guys, can we create a webpage where we ask knc how it's going with the business operations and what they believe the price of mining hardware will be in the future? @Brad
