Honestly, even if someone paid for the full records it's extremely likely that you'd find more entities or accountants/lawyers listed in the paperwork.

May or may not be relevant, but here is a Barbados government site with a listing for "WENDON GROUP INCORPORATED": http://www.caipo.gov.bb/site/index.php?option=com_easytable&view=easytablerecord&id=3%3Anew-test&rid=73234&Itemid=61 (note, site is rather slow). It says the corporation was formed in 2005, but there are very few other details.
Forget the funny aspects : how is this impacting Intersango
is the bigger question !The short answer is that the Wendon/Wengon Group acquired 250 shares of Intersango in exchange for giving Donald, Amir and Patrick a combined interest of 25% in Bitcoinica LP. This means that they have a legal duty to Wendon/Wengon as shareholders of Intersango which exists separately and in addition to their duty towards Wendon/Wengon as the limited partner of the Bitcoinica Limited Partnership.
I posted this yesterday in another thread. It might not be connected at all but the company was registered by the same accountant who set up Core Credit and Bitcoinica Consultancy.
