Honestly, even if someone paid for the full records it's extremely likely that you'd find more entities or accountants/lawyers listed in the paperwork.

I posted the following not too long ago.

What happened to SimpleCoin?

May or may not be relevant, but here is a Barbados government site with a listing for "WENDON GROUP INCORPORATED": http://www.caipo.gov.bb/site/index.php?option=com_easytable&view=easytablerecord&id=3%3Anew-test&rid=73234&Itemid=61 (note, site is rather slow). It says the corporation was formed in 2005, but there are very few other details.

Forget the funny aspects : how is this impacting Intersango Huh is the bigger question !

The short answer is that the Wendon/Wengon Group acquired 250 shares of Intersango in exchange for giving Donald, Amir and Patrick a combined interest of 25% in Bitcoinica LP.  This means that they have a legal duty to Wendon/Wengon as shareholders of Intersango which exists separately and in addition to their duty towards Wendon/Wengon as the limited partner of the Bitcoinica Limited Partnership.

I posted this yesterday in another thread.  It might not be connected at all but the company was registered by the same accountant who set up Core Credit and Bitcoinica Consultancy.

This could be the most informative and interesting post since the Bitcoinica fiasco. How did we get all this emails?
Genjix posted this for a couple of minutes at this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/class-action-litigation-vs-bitcoinica-consultancy-ltd-intersango-ltd-93109 but got deleted after a few minutes. It's all reproduced in that pastebin link.  Wink

At http://pastebin.com/Ya6iN8RT, you will not find a Wendon Group, but you will find a Wengon Group eight times. A purposeful misspelling?

During the course of this thread, it will become clear that Tihan Seale and Wendon Group are one and the same from the get-go. I only wish that Matthew N. Wright would jump in at some point and provide us with a graph showing all the connections, as he once famously done prior with some other entity.

Note: the pastebin is updated with the second post's information and is now complete. Thanks Herodes!
