In this case, you can just vote again and make a print-screen of the message " Already voted"

I don't think this is fair way of listing. Other projects also doing things like this. Exchanges should do something about this to be more fair listing. Maybe WePower is a good coin but this is not the right way

You just try to vote again. Its easier to screenshot on a computer with the print screen button.

Also I actually think this is a great project and truly hope they win.

But Binance counts the number of votes actually effective, because Elastos is just a Chinese token, so the Chinese like to fake data, but the data is useless.
