If we get enough requests, we certainly will. We're starting with adding support for the various coins on BTC-e. We're very coin friendly and love the concept entirely, but there's so many now that it'd be a hassle to add support for all of them. Especially since at the moment we're mostly a two man operation and I'm the other guy isn't a developer.
On the other hand, if someone were to build a WHMCS module for it that I could easily review the source (to ensure no slithery stuff, if you get what I mean) for then I'd happily get it going on our site. Especially if it had an option to immediately transfer the funds to BTC.
