I also think maybe they want to let only someone to buy their coins and not all people who want, or there was a lot of interest and lot of people buy, and a lot of people can't buy it.
I also waited for Celer ICO as a participant before the given deadline. Unfortunately, their system is not working properly and they logged-out everyone from the platform in first seconds of ICO.
It's not unfortunately happen bro because they intentionally making system is failure when we are trying to buy CELER Network coin. Not only me, everyone saying that facing same problem. This is not ICO it’s IEO whatever i failed after 5-6 seconds when sell time is start. 
I stayed away from Celer. Maybe should have thought a little harder about it

are they still going to force themselves in this new hype? not so different with icos. but the turnaround is fast if you want short term gain, if and only if you capture the right moment.
Best to wait when market is down on it then you buy say adding 5% on top their price might be a good idea to buy and later see how far your investment can go

Things are going well for Binance, but I don't rely on it. Therefore, I did not try to participate in a token sale by Binance. Because nobody's looking at the project. They only deal with the token sale of Binance.

You should understand how this things works already, we have had this kind of experience in the past where we saw a lot of ICO sold out under minutes and a lot of people where not able to buy the tokens due to their network coverage or maybe due to overload on the website since we have millions of persons visiting the website at the same time.Have you tried it? I think this is the same thing that happened, they where a lot of persons trying to make purchase of the coin denying those with slow network access to make purchase.
I didn't get into Celer and all my friends also didn't. I see no reason to try anymore, the hype is so big that there is almost no chance.
Exactly the hype is too much and the possibility among such no of people is very slim so I personally have given up

No I wasn't. Buy the time I was done solving captcha and relogging in after network failure logged me out, the IEO was concluded. I sincerely hope theres a way to make Binance launchpad a level playing field for everyone interested in the IEO

Binance has announced a new policy for IEOs later, and you must keep 100 BNBs for tickets to attend the IEO. This really makes it difficult for small investors. Perhaps we have to turn to other exchanges.

As you know IEO trend is going well and other exchanges also adopting IEO, so you should ready when token sale launch in launchpad because if you will buy from exchange you will not make good profit.

What if there were priority investors in Binance ? it was a hard competition indeed, because binance is the most popular exchange.
Let just wait for another IEO there, and i think we will be able to participate if we try more times.
