Yes. If you knowingly receive stolen/carded funds then you are at least an accomplice of the crime the person carding the funds is committing.

I would suggest that you avoid this kind of trade. If you do receive a WU payment then you should ask that the sender pay in cash.

I think yes, you will be in trouble, i have read here that people who get those kind of funds they should return them to the nearest agent, so don't accept these kind of money, don't waste your time.
