If you just want to rank up and doesn't care about getting ban so keep spamming more and your activity will be updated every 14days. But if you want to get benefit from this forum then you should know " Quantity

I'm just new, and now i rank up as a jr. Member.I just post everyday, 6 min. interval. As i reach 28 activity i finally got rank up.

There is no fast way to increase your activity count. Even if you have a thousand posts, your activity count will not be equal to the posts that you've made. You can only earn 14 Activities every two weeks. So you need to spend a lot of time here before your activity catches up on the number of your posts.
To increase your position means posting more activities each day as a newbie but, your post must be constructive

We are same rank but I read from Beginners and help forum, there you can learn a lot. But I'll give some tips to increase your activity, 1 post a day is enough for a newbie until you become a Jr member that could be 30 activities. As you rank-up the more activities and post you needed.
Of course all of us what to level-up, all of us coming from newbie but we got this position right now because of having activities. One post consider as one activity but there is a limitation of activities per 2 weeks, its only 14 activities. Even though you have 15 post within 2 weeks its consider also as 14 activities. As you rank-up the more activities you got.
You are right, we all want to rank up, but before that you should wait until your activity is enough for the rank you want, it is not difficult to wait, especially if you are waiting for a good start. Make sure that everyday you post atleast once.

as a newbie u need post to count up your activity for 14+ only in just 2weeks and update again for 14days to added in your activity.
There are no quick ways to gain activity and you can only gain it over time. You can get 14 activity points every two week period and no more so just be an active member and over time you will rise through the ranks.
