solana's ath was $260 in nov 07, 2021 (2 years ago) so it was big coin and it's fast increasing, it's holders are very happy to their profits,
dot is also top altcoin and it's ath is $55 in 2 years ago, i hope still it's a lot of possibility to increase 2x to 5x, but if capital is your so please some analyze before invest.

As long as the bullish season comes then the altcoin will increase literally it will go with the flow of bitcoin how it moves then this will impact all altcoins (on average).

But if you want to be sure to be profitable x5 you can join Launchpool on Binance the tokens there will go up thousands of percentages you will be for bigger but the competition will be tougher because there are more whales there to join Launchpool.

I won't say which particular coin can go up more than x5 but as altcoin season comes you will see so many altcoins go up drastically, but I don't want to take a bigger risk so I will stay focused on bitcoin while altcoins will be used as little money as possible to buy them.

Most altcoins will do a 5 x in my opinion. The majority that ere currently under $100 will do at least 5 x.
You’re going to have to do your own research though & decide what to buy. Nobody is going to do risk checks for you. You're on your own there.

I do agree with you Polka Dot is one of the best project but for now, it is not pumping according to our expectations due to some reason but give it some time it will pump and return a good profit. there are many reasons behind it, they are going to launch Polka 2.0 in their ecosystem, and on the other hand, if we notice they are collaborating with good projects which shows that their team is actively working and dedicated to their project to make it successful.

As far as I remember they have collaborated with Pokemon and the world-famous game Call of Duty (COD) along with this they have also collaborated with the gaming Web 3 website that offers many services but I do not remember the name of that one and sorry for that this is also a good project. Besides this OP there is no doubt you will see many projects in the market when Maret will be so bullish and those projects may pump more than 5x and you have to find them out at your own research. DYOR!

There's no hundred percent safety guaranteed on any altcoins you may be seeing anywhere, the only recommendation i can give in this regard dos for you to choose from the list of first top 20 cryptocurrencies and make your research about them accurate and take risk investing on which ever your mind goes with, these same risk is what everyone is taking into consideration before investing, knowing their various market caps could help along way as well.

It's possible with layer 1 coins because if it's just about 2x-5x then all of them have the chance to grow that. Unlike those people that are looking for tremendous gains like 100x-1000x, that's crazy gain to be honest and all of them are looking into those hype coins as something that will make them rich overnight. While we believe that it's unlikely to happen but somehow, it's possible for those meme coins that might gain such.

I'd be careful with those tokens that have been said to gain as much as 100x to more than that. I'd be good with the typical ones in the market that are listed as the top altcoins. I'd be more conservative this time and won't be greedy at all. ETH is a good bet and possible that from its currently price that it might go 3x-5x. I am not giving financial advise but I believe that it can more like that but the peak might not get close to 5x or if it's possible then that's better. As for this bull run, everything is possible but I wouldn't have that kind of feeling and confidence that it will be the peak of it.

It's true, as you said, Layer 1 has the potential to increase by up to 2X-5X. Likewise with Layer 2 which is an update of Layer 1.

I think the choice of Ethereum is a wise choice for the next bullrun. especially for the long term. Very good in my opinion, considering that Ethereum is the king of altcoins.

if i were to make statement before this bull season i'd say plenty, and right now you see yourself so many coins are pumping more than 5x even 10x like RNDR for example its been pumping like crazy, and we haven't talking about the meme coins yet. but overall at the bull season you can be assured that those coin that are good fundamentally will eventually reach their all time high, its just matter of time until it reaches that because we know people are buying everything they see in sight at this bullish season thinking that it might be the next coin that gonna pump personally I think that makes a lot of sense,
but you should be on the lookout of altcoin that haven't experienced massive pump yet because speaking from experience whales always trying to find some coin that haven't reached or at least still far from its all time high, sometime its gonna be the one that pump next.

These news are what I don't like much about altcoins, this news most times can lead people into scam projects, though there are people that are conversant with this altcoin of thing but I still believe that we can not boost knowing a system completely, that's why it is advisable to trade with caution when it comes to altcoin, thigh this period altcoins are expected to have a good significant appreciation in price because of investment diversification, some hodlers who has withdraw some of their profits from their bitcoin investment will like to reinvest them into other coin that has the tendency of toppling in profit.
