I have been thinking whether 0.005 btc is good enough to start but it is just for practice trading right, no matter, if you lose the profit at least you will gain experience.  I start my trading in coinut and deposit 0.005 btc when it was around 12k USD. I stop my trading when the fluctuation causes traders to sell high.

Eventually, I am trying to read chart and still losing. I know I need to learn more, and I have tried to trade with altcoins with low price but not yet satisfied.

My question is what is the exact  amount to start  trading and how much profit will you earn. Give me example and I will evaluate.

Please answer my question professionally, I will delete answer with no connection to the topic.

Thank you. GODBLESS.
0.005 BTC is really too small to trade. I think it just suits you to invest in projects that are developing tokens. little capital but we can have much profit in the future.
In order to trade successfully, you need up to $ 3000 amount. That will be the number that can help you get a steady profit every day to pay your bills.
it is not about amount, but most important think was how we manage our money although in small amount.although we trade with big amount but if we dont understand at all about trading or analisys, easy for us loosing our money.
our preparation in trading more important just amount of money that used to start our trading.without any skill we would not manage our portofolio well.

I do not remember those times when 0.005 BTC was 12k dollars. Anyway.
In crypto-trading, you need to trade levels of support and resistance. Also use some oscillators, for example, Bollinger Bands and RSI stochastics. But this is just the tip of the iceberg

I started with nothing in crypto as I get only those in giveaways thru airdrop and bounties. Now is it better? no. At the end of the day it's still how you manage that fund whether you get it free or hard earned. I learned that thru the course of my journey in crypto trading.
Same as you I have started from nothing because at very first I joined bounty and signature campaign. There you will not have to spend anything but you only need to have knowledge and information. Gradually you can increase the amount of money. Have patience I think at start you should invest low amount.
much traders start their carrer from bounty hunter.moreover after 2017 , most of them become rich man and begin to trading with some of their money.no matter how much our money as long as we have good trading skills to improve our portofolio.

I have started to trade with small amount, then made some mistakes, lost money

I realized that i have to learn trading, read books, watch youtube, etc.

Then I started to trade on paper, just to search good points on graphs, and mark them

Now I got a lot of new knowledge with this practice and started to trade with amount about 5-10% of my entire deposit  Wink
start trading in accordance with our financial capabilities, no need to force yourself, we should enter trade since the first but at that time the country we live in is very minimal information about bitcoin, so we cannot follow from the start, maybe we trade on a small scale but this could be a good start.

I started with nothing in crypto as I get only those in giveaways thru airdrop and bounties. Now is it better? no. At the end of the day it's still how you manage that fund whether you get it free or hard earned. I learned that thru the course of my journey in crypto trading.

I started my crypto trading with giveaways as well few years back when there were many giveaways from new bitcoin related sites. Luckily, I could manage my trading good enough so I could make some profit from something that I earned for free. After that, I add extra funds from my own pocket because I was very sure that I would earn more profit if I have more capital but too bad I was so greedy and I could not control my emotion which made me lost more than half of my money because of panic selling. It was a big mistake but also it was a big lesson learned as well.

Yes, the psychological pressure created by the whales on market participants has done its dirty business. Reading your post, I just made sure of it. Even people who have been on the cryptocurrency market for several years have surrendered under this pressure.
You got a valuable lesson and I'm glad that you made right conclusions. I hope in the future you will never fall into a similar trap.
I was able to hold out throughout 2018. I admit that sometimes my faith in the bright future of the crypto market declined, but even then I didn't consider the sale of all my assets as a solution to my problem. In those moments I communicated with myself and tried to find real arguments that could confirm that the crypto market had come to an end. And I could not find a single reason for this. Moreover, all my thoughts have led me to the fact that cryptocurrency is only gaining real momentum and the interest of institutional investors is growing with greater force. It was then I decided to do something, at first glance, illogical. I began to gradually buy more promising currencies. I also began to actively trade in order to get a steady profit. And with each passing day I’ve only affirmed that I made the right choice.

I've started with 500$. It was amount, which i was ready to lose. I strongly reccomend to use this one main rule. Tradind with such amount which you are ready to lose. Have good profit, guys!
Once you are in trading better to be ready of what possible to happen to your money and lose is always part of it. But the good and better in trading than the other is because once you can invest a lot of money you can earn a lot of money too as well.

I started trading with $ 1000. This amount was enough for me to learn how to trade. Of course, when I started trading, the time was successful, which can't be said about those who bought crypto currency in December 2017 - early 2018.

Learning requires starting up with the minimum amount you can afford to lose, as long as you have funds that is acceptable within a trade limit, you can start and practice with it. However for a newbie, this is not the best time to get involved in trading, the market is still very agitation and losses are rarely recovered except for professional and expert trades. However most exchanges can allow you to trade as low as $2 while Binance minimum for a trade is usually $10.1

I had started in trading at 0.003BTC on bitrrex during that time I was practicing and observing the traders in this platform. But its been a months before I understand it, by that time it was difficult for me to get the catch of trading, even how many times I read about in, watching it in you tube still not easy for me to get it properly.

It depends on how much amount you can afford to lose because trading is highly risky and there are always 60-70% chances of loss. High capital will give you high profit in less time and vice versa but you should start will less amount just to know a bit about the crypto world. So 100-300$ is enough to start a trade.

Yes thats enough for me to start in trading but now the chances of winning in trading is lossing me enough for trading now because some coins that not profitable anymore.
