My opinion for me I like the type of gambling website or casino that has a friendly and eye-catching design. in addition to making users feel happy to linger on the website also looks professional casino itself. and also connection system between a user or with the admin. such as live chat or groups on the website that actively provides lots of interesting promos or events. and also I like website systems that have reward systems such as badges or achievements that can be obtained and shown in their account profile.

A free-play option or at least a demo feature is an absolute must in my opinion. Alternatively, they should have a faucet and a low minimum bet limit that will allow players to test the platform without risking any of their own money.
Any platform lacking these features is obviously not confident in its own appeal, and should therefore be avoided. Customer retention starts with allowing them to leave if they find a superior alternative.

Based on my own experience, faucet or free money does exist in crypto gambling industry only. Long way before crypto exist, there are so many fiat online casinos and most of them does not provide any faucet. If users want to try the site then they should make a deposit. Faucet is not the main important thing on gambling sites, so avoiding gambling sites just because there is no faucet does not make any senses for me.
As long as the site is legit, provably fair, and looks good enough then I would not doubt to make small deposit in order to try the game if there is no faucet.

I never depend on a single service because diversity is always good. I would also like to point out that a good and enthusiastic gambler never uses a single service because a single service cannot succeed in all areas. For me, it would be cool if gambling websites/apps/games would include rewards in every log in or visit. You know, something to keep users engaged and wanting to comeback regularly. Also the ease to withdraw with small fees would be good. And physically, the website's/app's/game's interface, something attractive or an option like the dark mode (which is common on most apps now).

For that you might stick within altcoin transactions and with BTC, you might need to wait for at least 10 minutes. If your term "instant" falls within 10 minutes then I guess you will not be having any problem on using BTC for your gambling

Are checking out new ideas that could probably help you in the future if you were to create a new casino that everyone would use? I think there are a lot of things that are yet to be included in an online casino or gambling websites. I'm not a professional when it comes to coding, but an idea could come a long way.
In my opinion, gambling could have more a competitive edge with other players. All this time, every casino is all about player vs. casino. More competitive plays versus other players. There are already games like that with poker, etc., but it's still different from the idea of having a Ranking type that would reward players more, or something like that.
I'm just typing from the top of my head, not sure what to suggest more. Maybe if I have thought of something incredible, I would include it.
