i think not is more hard create a genuine website and in the faucet page add/insert real content for not violated the adsense rules.
if you create a good page and later join to adsense and request the approvation?

What are the best ad networks at the moment?

1- adsense
2- Huh?

Yes. Google adsense is most trusted and best advertisment network. But for faucet sites I think no more. Google adsense getting most of faucets banned from their program, because faucet don't have enough content according to google adsense policy.
I suggest you to use
A-ads and Mellowads. These are working good as of now.

3. CoinUrl

IIRC, there are some complaints about CoinUrl not paying out. Apparently, they send you a message saying that you've been conducting fraudulent activity and all that, but some users have worked really hard and waited a really long time to have them get rejected in the face.

Sorry to hijack, but are these instant paying advertisement networks? meaning after x amount of bitcoins earned you can withdraw it instantly (hopefully low minimum)

A-ads has a really low threshold (around 0.0001), while networks like bitmedia.io have a minimum of 0.01 BTC

But a-ads have the lowest earning potential out of all the ad networks correct? If that is not true then I will join then but last time I looked there rates were really bad.

Just try a-ads it is one of oldest ad networks and pays everyday . minimum threshold is only 10k SATs .

i think if adsense banned your account, you wont get any cent from it,
so adsense is a bad choice for ads in faucet site. im not really familiar with it but im sure i saw alot faucet owner closed they sites because adsense closed their account..

Without AdSense it's hard to keep reward he high we all know the quality of AdSense so if tos of AdSense are followed then everything is fine .

The minimum payout threshold is a bit high, 0.01 BTC, but they did process all my payments within a couple of days. There were a couple of scam allegations against them and most of the users who raised these complaints were using their URL shortening service. I do not whether CoinURL purposefully rejected their payouts or they abused the URL shortening service.
