Before signing up in any online casino, make sure to inspect first the terms and conditions carefully (such as deposit, withdrawal of funds, bonus policy, and so on) before checking off "I agree". Unless you know exactly what you are dealing with.  Making mistakes may result in losing your money or getting yourself banned. If you dont take time to read, it is your problem. You dont have the right to complain if things go wrong.

And I would say that the main reason why some gamblers just automatically click "I agree"it is because they are too long and lazy to read..

This is very important and crucial, before clicking that "I agree" make sure that you take your time reading the terms and condition, house rules are the advantages of the site owners without the right knowledge it can be used against your account, there are many instances that delayed happened or issues with freeze account due to missing or violating rules without your knowledge.

In order to avoid that, make sure you do your job reading and understanding everything.

It will provide a much safer gambling ventures and lesser chance of any kind of misunderstanding and delays..

Stay for awhile in the forum and read the scam and reputation threads of casinos being accused because accusation threads are full of details and warning in choosing which casino to play on. Its the first to check if you are a newbie in wagrering in crypto casino. The KYC or the status of customer clients are just minor issues you'd consider when rejecting a casino on your list.

he KYC policies of casinos are on their TOS so it is important to read them, however we must be honest if you are gambling in several different casinos then it is not going to be rare that you receive some updates regarding the TOS and it is going to be difficult to read them all, so while in theory a player must always read the TOS before playing at a casino and after every single update, most of the time this is something that is not realistic to do.
I think that reading their at least T&C by screening reading is needed in order to know at least some basic information that we need. We may not need to read the whole because it is too boring with commonly small characters. But at least, we can check for several T&C, by searching based on keywords that we need. They are such as KYC, the requirement for deposit and withdrawal, available coins, and others. keywords
Most gamblers do not read T&C because they just register and start playing gambling. I agree to check T&C to know what is allowed and prohibited to not break any point in their T&C.

Fortunately, many crypto casinos allow members not to do KYC as they know anonymity is something that the crypto gamblers want. We already have many casinos with reputations so we do not have to worry about something bad that can happen to us because they will help if we have a problem.

Terms are changing from time to time including about KYC related thing.
These days, KYC seems to be something very common in this gambling industry due to license and regulation.
Unlike what we can see several years back when crypto gambling industry is still in the beginning stage as well as on the other crypto industry such as exchanges.
Regarding KYC, always ask the support first so we can be sure about the rule in the casino.

I think we all have noticed that change, years ago being able to gamble without going through any form of KYC was pretty much a given in most casinos, however since then governments have pressured all kind of centralized entities to try to identify their clients, they claims this is done to reduce crimes but we know that what they really want is to identify how big are your holdings, and if they can to tax those holdings and try to get a cut from the money you have been saving in bitcoin for years.

and in response to what panjul said, one can always check the terms of the site in terms of kyc. but if it is not yet clear to you and want to confirm the kyc related stuffs, yes, you can contact the support. at least it is coming from their end.
but if you are a player who is very careful, you should always browse their ToS before anything else. because usually, player will only read it after they incurred a violation and their funds are put on hold.
a lot of accusations are rooting from the player's violation of ToS and not from the site's end.

Not realistic or we are just lazy on  reading up the TOS?Its true that casinos should made out some announcement whenever they do make out some updates then its just ethical that they would really let their users now on what are the changes but if not then I wont really get surprised if people would make out such reaction or impression on where they would really get frustrated on whats happening.
When you do choose then you would go for the best and if not then at least been known or reputable site which there are lots of users who had been playing.

i would look for casinos that are up online for years basically the oldest casino that was first online .you could check out https://bitcoindice.site/
This is another simple to get in to what op want. Looking at long existing gambling platform Is a quick way to avoid unnecessary risks and research about gambling platform.
Old gambling platforms may be a good choice. But once more, I will not only pick the older one, it needs also some other considerations by checking their reputation.
Some old platforms may also have a bad reputation based on positive and negative reviews as you said.
But exactly, I will ignore gambling platform that has some accusation and also lack of service assistance so that our complaints may not be responded.

Checking out information from many sources is one way to do it, but still as they say experience is the best teacher and the worst experience teach the best lessons. Thus, from having such experience of trying casinos by yourself and actually seeing how things work, you gain understanding on how to choose a casino wisely.
experience is the best teacher but as I said before, you don't need to experience everything now because we can make other people's experiences a teacher too so I am very careful choosing the casino where I play. I don't want what happened to my friend who lost money because the fiat gambling site where he played closed and ran away a lot of user deposits, I made his experience a lesson for me.
Seeing or reading others experiences would really be also a good one for you to search on on which you could really apply it into your own and presume that those things will happen to you if ever you do
really follow on the same steps.

When choosing a gambling site then it would really be just common sense that you would really be finding the best one on where it does have some reputation and of course its popular.

Trying to test out with some new site isnt bad but of course there would be that tendency or chance that you might be dealing with a scam but somehow you could really
able to notice right away into those people who do have sufficient experience.

If you based your conclusion the terms and conditions and the chat people do have on the gambling site you may  end up selecting a wrong casino because some of them do pay people for positive review and not the truth of what is happening. Even the public reputation of a casino can equally be influenced by the site sometimes but you need if you are new to the game is be extra careful and not to deposit hug money in the first instance.
We can avoid choosing the wrong casino as long as we can research for the right casino. We already have good casinos available on this forum so that will not make sense if we use the other casino that we get from outside without reading the review from members here. If people read the reviews from here or the review site from reputable members who work for giving the site's data, they will know which crypto gambling sites they can use to gamble. Apart from that, they will avoid getting a scam from the sites because they have already picked the right casino.

And if the casino paid you, everything is fine - this casino is reliable.
I removed the link on purpose.

Don't listen to this zackcums character, who knows what his intentions are. The site he advertises is just a few months old and I doubt any serious gambler has ever heard of it. If you are afraid to get scammed, and that's a legitimate fear, stick to those who have been around for a long time. I can say that I have personally never had issues with Sportsbet.io or FortuneJack. But make your own conclusions, don't trust me.

I suggest you check the forum reputation of any site you want to play on and avoid those that have legitimate tags. Don't forget to read the T&C, especially the part about restricted locations.

I think you are right. The best casino for all is not the best casino for a particular gambler. Even two separate gamblers may have their own preferences when it comes to online gambling. That's why I suppose it is crucial to do a deep research of the website on your own before diving into it.

But suggestions are always welcome. It will now depend on our own factors if we will choose those sites. No need for crucial deep research. Being involved on their community thread like ANN or any platforms, should do. Users real feedback is already an enough thing to make sure that the site is true to their words.

and in this we will see the attitude of the site/team on how they will handle every suggestion , comments, advise or even attacks , but if the behavior is somewhat Guilty or arrogant? then best to prevent from playing on this site  because the chance of being scam or cheater is there.
and that is one ways to choose a casino as we knew how many of them are in competition to lure each gamblers .
so we can choose one for good and prevent the bad.

I think the reputation of a casino is actually the most important thing for us to review before entering a casino that is recommended by anyone. Basically, a reputation is made for those who have experienced gambling in it. So an assessment of the casino and its reputation on this forum will also be very good to determine which casino matches what we are looking for. For example, implementing KYC or not. The withdrawal process is fast, moreover, it supports the Web3 system. So every gambler should not miss the reputation of a casino.
I think it can be seen that it can be seen from the terms and conditions under the site and you will see some offers and also fast withdrawals, therefore all of that must be examined carefully what is being offered and also the terms.
If the casino has threads and people are discussing more chat about the game then I believe the site has a proven reputation for being good, if some of the chats lead to fraud and some problems then it doesn't need to be followed then we better find out with what we know.

I'm afraid my choice of casino isn't the best, because it often happens by complete accident. I'm just proof that advertising and marketing works. Sometimes I just accidentally click on an ad and I will see an interesting bonus. When I have a spare moment, I often try to play. Of course, I advise against this form of choosing a casino.  Wink
You mean through advert? Choosing a Casino depends on the person whether they are the kind of persons that are more attracted to big welcome bonus or popularity. Everyone has different reasons and choice why they prefer a casino over other casinos which has almost the same features.

Well I agree on this --as long as you will read the [terms of service] you will be fine and if you don't like it from the start and find another one.
But there are some issues did not find on the platform it is on their service. User feedback and review are very important because this not getting paid or a fake one, it is a real experience. We are very lucky that we are here, we can do determine how good is and the criteria to choose a gambling casino.

You should use your own common sense when trying out to make out decisions whether it is worth to engage or simply avoid it depending on the issues or scenarios
that you are seeing or on whats been discussed by the community. You wouldnt really be that dumb on not to notice everything out because once you do see
that people are really talking about gameplays or something like that then you could somewhat assure that they are doing fine same as you said but
once these people talks about delay withdrawals or deposits or fairness issue then you do know on what to do next.

At least you know that what you are doing is not right, so that is something, however the next step s to stop doing this and instead select a casino based on the due diligence that you do in order to avoid putting your money in a casino that could scam you.

I suspect he is not the only one with this behavior. Many players are attracted to bonus promotions and other marketing tricks, especially the young and inexperienced. I can certainly attest to that. Wink

After all you do not mention a single instance in which this has backfired on you, so I think you have gotten lucky as there are very high numbers of newbies that have done something like that and they were scammed, so be careful and begin to do a proper research before playing at a new casino before you have to face the same consequences that many people have faced when doing something that reckless.

Nonetheless, I don't view it as a major concern. There is nothing wrong with trying something new, provided you adhere to common sense and some basic rules. I believe they are already well known to everyone, no need to repeat them.
