I have been looking at different casinos offering first time/welcome deposit bonuses, and currently the best offer I have seen is a x40 wagering requirement with a time limit of up to 30 days. That's not achievable. If I wanted to deposit $50.00, to get the 100% welcome bonus, I need to roll my deposit and wager a total of $2,000. ANYONE will lose the deposit of $50.00 in one week. Hahaha.

That's the most common deposit bonus terms, 40x wagering requirement is like the standard requirement. Now you are aware that it is hard to complete the requirement and high likely you will just lose your money while wagering. Its been more than a month since you created this thread, have you taken any deposit bonus during the past 30+ days?

I want everyone's opinion for this question. Can those bonuses that are truly just "baits" can also be called "scams"?

Casinos can choose not to give you anything. After all, it's paid entertainment.

But some might seem more bait-y especially if they force you to wager on the requirements first.

Well, I wouldn't say they force us to wager, it's what we choose when we decide to deposit with some bonus. Deposit bonuses always come with a wagering requirement, when it comes to "free spins" on deposits those can be "wager free", recently I tried one, 250 ($0.1) spins for deposits over $125. I got +$30 from them, I had the luck to hit a few bonus rounds with those 250 spins.

It's not baiting or scamming, deposit bonuses are just hard to finish! Simple math, $100 deposit with a 100% bonus is $200 for gambling. X30 or x40 wagering requirement means you need to wager $3k or $4k. Wagering that much with this balance is not easy, especially with slots.

You are not always going to find information about promotions and deposit bonuses on ANN threads on Bitcointalk. And even if you do, that info can be outdated, while in the meantime things changed. Visit the official websites of the sites you are interested in playing at, check the promotions pages, and read the promo T&Cs to understand the requirements. Don't expect to get rich playing that way. You won't. Casinos didn't come up with those bonuses to lose money but for players to feel like they have an edge and greater chance to win big. In reality, you are looking at rollover requirements of 10-40x depending on the casino, so the chances of you losing everything that was given to you are quite big.

If you are looking for a source of good crypto casinos, maybe my thread Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos can be of help.

I'm glad that I have stayed long enough on the internet for any casino to lure me into doing what I don't want to do. Mostly, bonuses and any other incentives are not in the favour of the gamblers, so I do not let this affect my choice of casinos. I have not allowed the baits of a casino to affect me till today because I don't even opt for the bonus options. I bet with the little amount I have and I am always satisfied because I do it for fun, not for the money, which makes it easier for me to go for my choice without being tempted.

Its part of their marketing strategy that they can gain more number of players because of this event or feature most likely the new casino has really lot of events to get caught attention with their new players and after with that they will no make a fewer events and of course it's bring all the service as they can to their users so they keep playing on their platform.

If the player read those TOR and FaQ they don't have need to problem in the future most likely having tons of rewards and bonuses and make a win sometimes getting trouble because they want to instantly withdraw their funds.

I won't say it's a scam. The casino offer you a bonus and you are free to accept or reject it. I would call it a scam if they don't make the requirements attached to it public and try to hide it. Most of the casinos I know of have a bonuses page, so that's fair, imo.

As I said, it's a bait for those who think they can make a steady income from gambling which is a wrong mindset.
If you gamble for fun, which is the right mindset, then you would appreciate and would be happy with any bonus you receive.

I believe there should be a guide, or a list for which casino welcome deposit bonuses are fair for the user, and achievable for smaller players. I'm going to spend one weekend and review each casino bonus' terms. I will make a list of the easiest wagering requirements for myself, and try to build a small capital only for gambling made through the use of welcome bonuses. IF I can find a casino with a achievable welcome bonus. I saw one that requires x60 wager within three days. Impossible to achieve in my opinion.

I'm a pleb who would like to build capital only for gambling. I want to start from scratch/small amount, but I also want to build it up as fast as possible. I was thinking one good path to start would be through first time deposit bonuses. The plan is to deposit $100 to one casino and complete the bonus requirements there, then go to the next casino and complete the next requirements, and continue on to other casinos.

I went to each "ANN", but complete information about first time bonuses is unclear, and I'm not sure which casinos are the most trustworthy. I need some help. Post your favorite casinos with first time bonuses, THANKS!

Most of the time they would really be giving off some choices whether you would be activating that bonus or not. This isnt talking about direct agreeing on getting those bonus or automatically be applied because

it would really be that shady if they would really be doing that.I dont know on why people been saying its a scam thing but its not since you could really be having the choice whether to take it or not.

Its true that majority or some people been thinking on taking advantage with these bonuses but eventually these are just traps to make yourself losing all of your money most of the time
unless if you are lucky then you could really be able to pull it out.

gamblers should know by now how to look at vital features of a casino. some indeed are offering click bait deposit bonuses but the conditions that you need to fulfill are outrageous. so don't just look at the percentage bonus but the terms that you need to complete.

I totally agree with this. Deposit bonuses are baits especially for those who think that gambling is a money making machine. It's true that you will get $200 or more when you deposit $100, but most likely you will lose it all even before completing the wagering requirement. Bonuses are only good for those who want to have fun gambling and don't mind spending their money while doing so.

If you want to invest in gambling then better look for a reputable casino which offer bankroll investments.

I believe we as a community should be concerned because that's not how casinos should behave within the Bitcoin, and cryptocurrency community. Using Bitcoin as a deposit option to a casino, it already gives THEM the advantage because we are surrendering the custody of our precious Bitcoins to them. They should give us more incentives for choosing them, instead of taking advantage of the community.

Op needs to be very careful with first time bonus because this is one of the things that can make us lose more than we have gained from a casino. If you are looking for a high first time bonus then you may be taking a wrong step or decision that may look very inviting and pleasing. Let's go for what works for us so that we will not end up regretting for our pass actions.

Join hands and help me to grow everybody...
I would suggest going for the more popular and authentic casino with a good user experience instead of a first-time bonus.
As you have already said, you are starting from scratch, so please don't look for any initial bonus or anything else. Please search for a good and authentic platform.

It is a good suggestion that searching for authentic and well-established gambling sites is more important than the site which is providing a first-time deposit bonus. But I want to add one thing is that what will be if the gambling site is authentic, well established, and at the same time offers a good welcome/first-time deposit bonus!!
There are many casinos here on the forum which op can select from and I am very happy to see that he is very serious looking for a good Bitcoin casinos where he can cast his bet and try to make some winnings. Since he is trying to grow his gambling account to a level where it will have enough fund and serve and a strategy for other gamblers.
It is better for it to peruse into different accounts all into different platforms because before you make a bet in any platform is supposed to have known the positive impact of it at the negative solution of it because so many of the platforms now concerning casino is not a legit one so I preach to people to be careful before they go into the casino with money deposited in the platform cannot be retrieved
I did not understand exactly your information so if actually you put it in place where I can understand you I believe that your punch you are making this a random point but it would have been better if you put it a nice place so I think I will be there this before I should make some corrections before posting

As far as am concerned, there are casinos that don't deals with bonus at all and are perfectly making it in every aspects together with gamblers, bonus do serve as a distraction sometimes to gamblers to het deceived and landed to were they never expect or plan to reach while gambling, its a trigger that contribute effectively on gambler's decision to ensure they place a bet whenever they come across the bonus feeds even though they never have the intention to gamble, the first deposit bonus given is just to encourage gambling the more during or after the first time attempt.

There are many casinos that offer such promotions and not all have the potentially to complete the process.  I smile, please don't rush gambling if not gambling will rush you back. Calm down and study them one after the other, ask questions how those persons that are winning in those casino does, and also go to scam accusation and reputation boards to see some complains and see how those cases were resolved. If you use that your small capital to start gambling with a proper investigation and research then my brother, you just to dash them the money and move on.
There are some casino sites that you can not cash out the bonuses, you can only use it to play or place bet in the site and if you are in that casino site, you are not expected to grow your capital with the bonus bonuses.

And finally most of the casinos are not offering bonus like before again because of the bonus abusers.

I have checked the terms of the bonuses of many casinos, and they perhaps that they already know that there will be plebs like me who would try to take advantage of the first deposit bonuses, and transfer from casino to casino. Cool

Many of the casinos that offer first deposit "bonuses" are not really ontainable if your capital for gambling is small. Wagering requirements are very high. It's probably more attractive to offer a matching first deposit bonus, limited to a particular amount, and released at $1.00 "per drop" to the player, per "X" wagered.
