We should not have the mentality that gambling is going to make us rich when the casino we are always using are expecting to make huge amounts of money from us as we keep playing on their casinos. Nothing is balanced here, casino is a private enterprise that is built for profit making but having that mentality that casino is going to make us rich is a big lie. It is very rare for people to hit the jackpot that will change their lives. We can be making consistent profits from gambling but we should never see it as an alternative to get rich quickly. For people that have that kind of mentality, then the should be ready for the consequences if things go wrong or the opposite direction.

Sharing my own experience about online casino and gambling, it causes me mental health issues like stress, anxiety and feeling down after losses. Sometimes I can’t stop thinking about about how or ways to recover my losses, which only makes things worse. Losing money has added pressure on and affected my relationships especially in my own family. I’m trying to set limits now to manage this better but I can't.
