A new year and new hope of adopting blockchain and cryptos around the world. Millions of traders or investors are on this Digital Asset Market already.

A good number of people are coming on this market everyday. What are the challenges, regular issues or problems for the traders or investors during investing? Security, High Risk, Scammers, Hackers etc. can be the problems. What do you think?
As for scams, they are as effective if you are going to trade or buy smth or even read the news. You will fall a victim no matter where you are, if you are someone susceptible to this type of actions. Hacks are getting better and better handled as authorities learned to work on it and exchanges gotsome experience as well. Stick to big names and your funds should be secure even in the event of exchange being hacked. There is a big risk tho, as well as profits. This is justa result of high volatility of the markets and has nothing to do with crypto only. It is the same if you are trading penny stocks or some other assets.

Investors and traders now a days have big challenge of scammers and hackers. There are many platforms to invest and trade and choosing legit ones is also a skill to select real one.It is also important dont invest all capital at one platform must diversify the investment to avoid the risk of loss.
Discourage the hackers must use leading wallets and secure account with 2FA that can minimize the risk of hacking.

There are many problems that plague this industry, but one of the most common ones is our psychological makeup around Bitcoin and Crypto in general. The notion that we can come in this niche market and become millionaires overnight, is too prevalent and it is causing havoc in many different ways. Hackers, scammers, and noobs who are wannabe traders are wrecking this space and we need to change our mentality if we want to succeed. Also, FUD, FOMO, and people being lazy and not doing their own due diligence and research before buying into a coin or token, is also an ILLNESS that has blighted the Crypto Cause. We need to become savvier and sharper if we want to make it in trading any cryptocurrency pair. The bottom line is: PREPARE AND TWEAK YOUR MINDSET before you even attempt to trade cryptos.

In trading, we all know that this is the most difficult part to earn and the most profitable way to earn a profit, but the problem is the struggles, and we are facing. In the world of trading, before you make your very first own trade, you need to find some legit trading platform. It is easy to make scamming web pages or duplicates like the original to scam and hack the information of the users always make sure to the browser we are using are secured and does not have any third party issues. After we find our very own trading platform always make sure we are ready about the capital and also our self because now we are facing the real trading. One of the things we need to consider if we want to make a trade is the knowledge about the pair of the coin we want to trade like the bitcoin to ripple or bitcoin to usd because this may affect our trading. If we buy currency at a low market price and sell it high, it will give a huge profit to us. Still, there are a lot of trading techniques we will discover by the use of the internet too. If we are always are in trading, sometimes we experience having some getting feared because the price of the coin is falling down and always think positive when the price goes up there is a chance it will fall immediately in a day, always think positive this is part of the market. A trader also grabs the opportunity on it to invest.

Volatility could be one of the biggest things we face and I agree with that. If you asked me about the "biggest" tho I would probably say finding the time to deal with it honestly. It is not an easy task to be a crypto trader, you have to actually be a full time trader to give it so much time that it needs, if you are a part time trader it is really not something you can do with such little time.

Please correct me if I am wrong, there are "investors" who are part time and there are even few "part-time day traders" going around however unless you are full-time crypto day trader, you are not giving it all you can and could miss out on many things. That is why I think giving 16 hours a day towards trading should be considered a day trader, if you are looking at it maybe one hour a day, that is not really too much trading to do unless you suddenly catch a great moment at the same time.

There are some challenges faced by the traders on the markets. It might involve hacking or security of the exchange too. We already saw a number of exchanges getting hacked and the funds of users on those exchanges were simply vanished which gave huge loss for the traders who used to use those platforms to trade. This has become a most deleterious problem to the trading industry.

People do not really want to lose their funds only because they choose a lower security exchange so choosing a better exchange with additional securities like 2FA, SMS verification, Email verification, etc might be a better choice in order to avoid such problems. Excluding these challenges, traders also face the issues of high price drop instantly. We all know how volatile the markets are and this really makes a quick loss if you miss your exit point.

It will always be volatility.

When people introduce new investors in the market, they will usually say that it would punp and give them new profit. As some new investors know about volatility, most of them doesn't. They usually are caught off-guard by how volatile the market is. As new investors, they do not kniw what to do as the price drops so they sell them.

I think the first and likely problem they do have is with price volatility and storage security. Someone who is starting to invest in cryptocurrency for the first time should be aware of the risks that comes with it, since the price is volatile they can lose their money at anytime. Then as for where to store their assets and how to, they really need to make sure they choose the right wallet and also know how to secure it and be careful not to leak any important information that has to do with their wallet except their wallet address if they are about to receive money from a sender.

As for hackers, it depends on how careful you are, because I know for sure that if you’re very careful they wouldn’t hack your wallet.

I think the biggest issue that new traders face to is FOMO on pump/dump. Most of news trader can not decide to buy or sell when market sideway and they only open new order when pump/dump happen. This may lead those traders into a trap and they have to cutloss all the time. Keep losing or cutloss will knockout most of new traders, then they finally trading like gambling.
Whenever it happens in me, I just think that I'm really decided to buy or sell it. When I set goal then  it was reach, BTW I only set amount that can only be reach depending on time I wanted sometimes a week, and I try not to be greedy again. Though there were times I half what I aimed to withdraw or to sell.

FOMO is usually a big problem mostly for those beginners who still cannot adjust to the quick price changes in the market. I think the major problem that we traders or even investors usually face is the high volatility of the crypto market. Although we cannot change this but if we can learn how to drive with the price swings, then we can still make profits at the end of the day.

Not only FOMO, there's a lot of factor as well, like you don't have self discipline, that you are too aggressive and you wanted to earn more, so even if your analysis says that the price will be just here but because you wanted more then you are not following it, means, you are too risk taker, and it's not good especially if you are new in trading.

Emotion and Greed!

This two things are the major factors that do affect on most traders.Either you are a noob or even a veteran.
These things cant really be avoided and if you dont have that enough experience then this will lead to mistakes.
FOMO and fuds is always there and you would need to overcome these things for you to survive this unpredictable market.

Scammers are keep destroying the whole image of cryptocurrency market, they are the one that should blame why there are people who afraid to adopt cryptocurrencies. There are now institutional investors that withdrawing their money because of the scammers and hackers, the risks are too high where the chances of making profit is low. They are switching in other financial markets where they will be benefited more.
yes the scammer put a very bad effect on this whole filed as the scammer target those people who are completely new to the crypto trading and investing so when they become the victims of these scammers they think that this whole community is full of scammers or sometime think that the crypto is a net created for scamming people. because of this they start to hate crypto. If we work hard to eliminate the scammers from crypto community then new comers will not face this type of issues.

Eliminating scammers entirely from the crypto space would not be an easy task. There are a lot of peoples with greedy nature and they would shift on to any extend onto with the intention to scam you. Why do scammers feel reliable scamming peoples in crypto space is because of the advantages offered by the cryptos which include "track-less" transactions which would never allow anyone to track the flow of funds.

This would actually be motivating for the scammers and eliminating scammers means we would actually need to think about making crypto transactions more transparent which would lose their original nature. All we could do is to educate peoples about each such spams and scams and try to bust all of those scammers so that none of the beginners might again fall for them.

Like ICO scammers, there are market scammers who trap innocent investors with deceive articles in regular medias and then pump and dump in exchanges. Ripple must be one good example for those kind of scenario. This is not individual's problem but for part of community itself. Yes, they are able to misguide large number of community members through open discussion on this forum and few articles in medium kind of reputed media.

Their big weapon is their capability to move markets on their own direction. These type of people are easily becoming whales and with their plans of re-investing they keep manipulating markets and keep deceiving innocent traders and investors. Sticking with highly reputed and decentralized coins must be the only possible solution as per my experience.

there are many problems faced by traders, investment certainly can not be separated from the risks, every trader has a different problem, for example the absence of a complete indicator, the presence of fake volume, and many other problems, but the most common problem is risk management, mental psychology too scared or too greedy.

What do you mean by "the absence of a complete indicator"?

probably the indicator he learned while he was in forex market isn't very much useful here in crypto.  there were several exchange projects that i was hoping they can allow us to install an exchange program but there weren't any of it that did this.

i'm positive that some forex brokers will one day add BTC on their Metatrader which indicators in that program are complete for anyone to use. this is one of the issues we face to day

It all been the same as usual things we always been facing in the market. If we are afraid all of them, granting for sure that the will never stay in crypto for long but just a quitter. That is why for every trades I made, I don't need to rush nor to listen to the news or any suggestions around coz in me I know what I am doing and I'm doing it right.

One of my biggest problems has always been figuring out what I should do next after a big move happens, doesn't have to be up, it could be down or it could be anything. If there is a 50% fall and I am keeping a bag in my hands, I don't know if I should sell and get rid of it and move on with my life, when there is a 50% increase I don't know if I should take the profit and start buying other stuff neither.

Those big moves always confuses me, usually there is a reversal in the end if you wait long enough but most of them end up staying low/high for a long time while other stuff keep on moving. I don't know what you guys are doing in those cases but its really a tough decision to cut ties with a coin and move on, I just want to keep them forever and thats not realistic, eventually I will have to get out.
