Actually for now, it's not effective to use bitcoin as a payment, because the send fee and the send time. For now, bitcoin is more suitable to be a long-term investment. Currently the most common use for bitcoin is to store it as a long-term asset. It does not hurt to use for payment instruments such as buying airline tickets, renting hotel rooms, buying pizza and other food related items.
But nowadays it's better to store bitcoin than it used to be for shopping.

For me , it is for payment. Payment in different services or items that you can bought. It is the major use of currency. For digital currency like bitcoin, my most favorite is being anonymous, when you send or receive, because you don't need anymore some personal information to use bitcoin.

The common uses of Bitcoin is for the online transaction especially in online market also bitcoin give us financial support. Some store was already use bitcoin as payment for buying goods.

Most of the use today is a lot of investors. People now want to make money because they here about the rising of Bitcoin.
I think in a few years it will start being more useful and more and more people will use bitcoin like real money.

I think nowadays drungs and guns is the most common purchases in darknet. At my opinion most of transactions with bitcoin was made in darknet so paying for legal stuff online is rare use Grin

Yes, I too, I mainly used to invest, fancy is its appreciation of space, that my country still prohibit bitcoin, so I can not directly use bitcoin to buy things.

If you can still use or access bitcoin over the internet then keep working in bitcoin and growing your bitcoin because that is the best thing to do as of now, since you cannot touch your bitcoin and use it into something. The decision of the government in your country will not be permanent because if they will see the good progress of bitcoin, i think that they will be the first to promote it.
