That seems a quite informative blog to start with for newly joined people. What I can see is that bitcoins have dominated over the blog and in any asset we could see bitcoins on the top of the graphs. This itself explains us that most of the investors or maybe each of the investor has some bitcoins into his/her portfolio which makes bitcoins the most popular cryptocurrency for investors.
Moreover, most of the investors joined with us over here only because of bitcoins. Bitcoins have attracted a lot of investors from various fields to invest into these decentralized markets and hence those investors also found some coins like ETH, Tron, BSV, XRP, etc to diversify their investments into.

I read your article and I appreciate it.. the results you conclude are actually not much different from what we can see in coinmarketcap.com (the cryptocurrency that investors are interested is in the top 20). Bitcoin cannot be removed from the cryptocurrency that is most popular for investors.

but maybe there are point that popularity is not only for those who has biggest market cap,because it can be owned by small counts of individual with high amounts while there are lower ranking currencies but supported by many people though they only hold small amounts.

I'd actually argue that high stability isn't always the greatest, as it's (in my opinion) somewhat boring when crypto markets start to flatten out temporarily, because a lot of the trading opportunities that we capitalize on around here arise with volatility, although we perceive this as both good and also bad depending on what your position(s) are. A lot of people also start reaching towards using leverage during periods of stability, which also isn't good because a lot of these people end up getting screwed when volatility inevitably cranks back up again.

Nobody would try to take the risk if they think that they got nothing from it. Of course, investors will evaluate if that certain coin/s can give them what they want and to achieve their goal. And for that reasons, they will always consider those coins that are on the top list and ignore those on the bottom. And we all know that Bitcoin and Ethereum will give them a positive response and we could expect that it won't give us disappointment in the long run. The only thing we need is to be positive of what we invested and being impatient is not the solution to become profitable even you are holding the right coin/s.

It is obvious already that most investors would choose Bitcoin as their main cryptocurrency. But for the others who doesn't like the idea of decentralization while seeing Bitcoin as a risky investment wouldn't want to choose Bitcoin as an investment but rather choose a fiat based investment. This is how most businessman manage their risk of investment, choosing the less risky investment like the real estate instead of Bitcoin.We can't deny the fact that bitcoin is more riskier than anything else, but the chances to gain bigger profit is their. You won't find it with other asset, and you might gain profit on those but probably at 20% or higher. In cryptocurrency, 100% or even 200% is achievable. It's up to us to what we would choose to have as our undying asset. There's a lot of options to do while chances was still available, and don't wait until panic buying happens.

Im not surprise with the lists of popular cryptocurrencies for investors when I visit the blog. Its obvious that bitcoin is the top choice for most of us because this is the primary crypto that started it all.
When it comes to altcoins I think majority prefer to invest in popular alts because you have the assurance it wont turn to shitcoins even how long you hold it. Unlike if you chose to invest in new coins, there's a possibility that it might delisted in exchanges especially during bearish market when the coins are struggling to recover.

You got a very good point there, when a certain coin is delisted in an exchange, that could be the end of its journey, especially if that project spend a lot of money just to get listed in a decent exchange but was not able to survive so exchange has no choice but to delist them.
It's wise if we look more on the solid coins which has a decent trading volume and is listed in different big exchanges.
They are way safer and yes good for long term.

Actually even me, I have more investment in bitcoin than other cryptocurrencies because I am more confident that I can make more profit if I put half of my funds on Bitcoin. The one that I was most surprised about was Link, I really didn't expected it to see it there. BAT is around 31th in the rankings right now but I can understand why people hold it, yet Link is 17th and it has been out for a while, if people wanted to get rid of it, they would have done that already, so I think they might actually think of it like something that may go further in the future.
I didn't looked at it the way people do so far, maybe I should try to get some Link myself as well. Its nice to know my portfolio looks a lot like others as well, if I had to make top 10 of my own portfolio I would probably only change BAT and Link, I don't do tether or bsv as well but not many other people neither as far as I can see from here, I have like 6 of the coins in asset popularity, just no BAT, no Link, no BCH and no TRX but I will probably get TRX this year as well.
