ETC supports all real dapps that ETH supports. That said, what do they represent, actually, apart from some Ponzi games ? Are there real killers running on ETH ? One had the impression that ETH was a one-project system, with the DAO (and of course not all ETH was in the DAO, as the DAO was supposed to make profit, and hence get in more ETH than originally invested - if the only value increase in the DAO was the increase of its ETH stash on the market, then the return would be just as great for non-DAO holders than for DAO holders).
Now that the DAO is not only dead, but also demonstrated the ridicule of such kind of project, which has put an end for the time being to all such mega projects, what's still there to run on ETH / ETC apart from some silly smart apps like Ponzi games and betting ?
So, probably there aren't any running on ETC, but are there any running on ETH worth mentioning ?
In other words, as you say so rightly, is there ANYTHING that "justifies its valuation in the market" (for ETC as well as for ETH) right now ?
Finally, ETC got finally rid of "leadership", and is more a free-floating project, but can take everything that ETH does. Isn't that the best of both worlds ? Isn't the stability and the lack of leadership exactly what makes a good crypto ?
BTW, the attackers' coins are really not any issue. It is small stash compared to daily volume, and especially compared to all the dumping that most ETC holders in the ETH camp have been doing (and explaining the large daily volumes).
