When i got my token from the bounty that i had participated i'm gonna hold it first because after listing the prices was falling down in the market, so after 3 to 6 months i had 30 to 50% of gain i usually sell them because the market was volatility.
What I am doing is holding the coins and wait for the right time to sell it. I do not rush the selling because I think it is important to study first the movement of the market. I will

I think we should keep the coins till better times. If the project is real, then in a couple of years you can earn very well. Do not rush to sell, then you will regret.
I will not sell it quickly, at least wait for momentum on their roadmap, and maybe enter a bigger exchange. many people immediately sell because of panic, it makes sense because prices never return to ico prices, but I see the potential is not just for the short term.

I sell off the coins that do not look good and as for the ones that look like promising projects, I hold the coins and wait for the prices of the coins to bull before I sell them. Ofcourse don't trying to sell your tikens or coins in this current price situation of cryptocurrency, specially if you got it from the bounty reward, wait for the coins or tokens to inlcude in the list in coinmarketcap and wait become valuable so hiod it and wait the right to sell it to got profits.

I usually hold coins that I get from bounty campaign for at least 3 months but because of the bearish market all my coins are still sleeping on my wallets, I suggest everyone to be updated on the coins that you hold to know when the time is good to sell, probably when the product is release or a big exchanges announcement because this will make the value of coin increase.

I am solding my all tokens which are having very low marketing as well as very low popularity in this field because I know very well that they can't you better profit for me .
My main basic stretegy is to hold 50% and sell 50% , first of all before the sell of the project I made analysis wether the coin token have any future or this is just a illusion in the market due to hype of the advertisement of the project and after that when I became sure that project is better then sell about 50% of the tokens and if I found that the token have no future then in that case I sold all the token so that no loss I need face .
And after selling of the tokens , I usually put my tokens in the another better Altcoins like xrp , posw , doge , dgb , eth , Bitcoin directly so that after that I can have better future with my holdings instead to remain with the tokens I should remain with the bitcoin like better coins that have future and no chance of loss for long term hodl .
