Investing in bitcoin from 2014 have proved to be a bad investment and now we can say that the bitcoin fever is gone..

so what are you going to invest now, in this post-bitcoin era?

I would not say we are now at the post-bitcoin era, bitcoin still "new", is not too old and there is a lot of people out there who dont know what is bitcoin.

As other users here, i think now is a good time to invest on bitcoin.

We are in a post bubble era. Those who think the fever is gone should look at the number of addresses in use and the number of transactions.

Ostriches don't go for facts or want to accept any research of the reality for where a particular market stands when they either bought in too high or are paid to muddy the waters on something they can't stand or are unemployed and thus open to FUDDing whatever their nemesis is. The point is, they want any newcomers to meet the same fate they met or prevent them from realizing the right time to buy at the correct point or a likely position of strength for the future.

With bitcoin price this low I'd go with bitcoin as once again the best investment. I also like physical gold and silver plus planning to invest in some litecoin and darkcoin at some point. Don't like the stock market, too hard to know when it will blow and don't want to be the bag holder.

I pity the people who can not see what is coming. The Bitcoin Fever hasn't even started yet. Let's bring up this topic again in 2016 or 2017 so we can all have a good laugh about it.

yes.  either way we'll all be laughing about it in a few years.

.@inca:
If you're going to keep stubbornly denying the obvious, the healing can not begin.
Now stop acting like a sullen child and just admit you're angry.  It's only natural--you're angry because your get-rich-quick scheme backfired, inca.  Who wouldn't be?  But first you must admit it, so that we could start to repair the damage.

I haven't given up on you, inca, but you make it hard...

When did bitcoin fever die exactly? There are more and more bitcoin users and transactions day in and day out, so i doubt that the flame is gone, its just not burning as brightly as it did in jan 2014.

Inca, why is it you get so upset when people make fun of critique your BTCeanie collection dead fad Bitcoin?
I mean, you're just going to look like a complete fool if Bitcoin ever fai... o wait, didn't it lose, what, like, 75% of its worth over the past year?  Hmm Sad
Nevermind, disregard.

Since when is reminding you of your utterly pointless existence being upset? My life is pretty sweet thanks.

Extraterrestrial real estate. Probably makes sense to start with the nearby planets instead of getting crazy with it. If anyone wants to start issuing coins that entitle owners to Martian land deeds instead of something that has no intrinsic value, we could always talk about that.

Have faith.
...and the always-potential-prospect of another bubble means that Bitcoin Fever is never gone - it just goes into remission temporarily.

That's exactly what I keep saying about BTCeanies, it's all coming back, just a temporary resession remission correction, BTCeanie market's a coiling cobra, a raring coil getting ready to strike.  The infrastructure is constantly improving, Wall St./Big Money/Central Bank Cartels are keeping BTCeanies prices artificially depressed--to increase their BTCeanie holdings (secretly, off eBay, OTC).

Come on people, can't you see what's happening?  If it was a snake coiling cobra, it would'a bit you!  Are you going to surrender your freedoms without a fight?
To quote Beanjamin' Franklin Jefferson, "He who would trade BTCeanies for some filthy fiat, deserves neither!"

If bitcoin succeeds and becomes a significant global asset then you will look like a complete fool.

If bitcoin fails then you will have spent all day every day on an internet forum bashing something which no one even remembers.

Whatever floats ya boat.

wrong, its just a job he only cares that paycheck arrives on time

The thing about speculating in bitcoin now is that I dont know who the next round of speculators will be to pump the thing up. Where will they come from? Sure it could go to 400 from our bitcoiner group, but there's no willy bot and the Chinese seem to be done with it
there is still lots of room for growth, for example from the gold investors
daily 7 tones of gold mined = 225 055.2262 troy ounces
$1200 toz x 225 055.2262 = 270 066 271.44 daily investment in gold

3600 bitcoins mined a day x $242 = 871 200 daily investment in bitcoin
10% of golds money would be a good start

There was sufficient speculative fiat to drive BTC up to $1200 in 11/13 and I'm sure plenty has changed hands since then, but I wouldn't be surprised to see lots of that same fiat come back in if there's a trend reversal.

Add in another year or so's worth of exposure and VC starting to put serious money into the ecosystem, (75 Million -> Coinbase January 2015) and the always-potential-prospect of another bubble means that Bitcoin Fever is never gone - it just goes into remission temporarily.
