I think it is better to give up gambling. No need of trying to recover your loses in gambling and actually giving up will be big advantage for your because it will surly save quite lot of money over some time. Gambling is meant for just fun but we all use it wrongly to make money.

many people are going to gamble because they want to vacation but their purpose changed after they win and profit

So far I won more than I wagered - my current +winnings are not that high though - just something around $30.
But I am extremely happy with event that, to the point I am scared to gamble with big money again.
I currently enjoy rolling the dice rather for fun as my usual starting bet is 1mBTC (but with martingale it could go pretty high sometimes).

Well thats about 37,000+ dollars right now, that's pretty crazy, and im not sure he is a pro, he has not mentioned he is, so if he is a regular skilled player, in poker 37k a year is a pretty solid performance if again, you don't do it as a pro but as an amateur in your spare time.

Obviously that is just one poker site, I have made money on other poker sites too(and lost on some also heh but that's part of the variance). So yeah 37k a year as a pro would not be much at all.

I'm at -0.1 BTC in total now. Considering the fact that I lost this amount playing more than a year it may seem like not a big loss, but I hate to lose anyway and now I think that it is better to bet only very small amounts on 0.01% win chance, not autobet, manually just 20-30 times and then stop. I hope I will have enough strength to stick to this way of gambling.

It is too much if you know i lost it to gambling. So i therefore decided not to gamble anymore We all know it is bad.

But how are you going to recover it if you dont play it? There is no way you could recover it with just your salary, this wont be enough if it is enough I am sure you will take a really long time. You can't really play safe though, because it is gambling. Chasing your losses can be a bad idea and cause you to lose more, but it can sometimes be helpful.
The trick is to play smart - Cashout when you have a decent profit and don't get too greedy.

Thats stats may just ruined your future betting. If you see your stats like majority of them is lose, you will really feel sad with the amount you gambled from that lost game.

I like what this guy says, not thinking about of his stat towards gambling and it may ruined what you are doing and thinking about it may cause a hesitation and you might want to get what you lose in your previous stat.

yeah, i also try not to pay so much attention to all my stats.

it is sometimes hard to keep up with all of them too. i mostly have used giveaways and faucets so i guess that is not much of a stat but i also invested nearly 0.05BTC in different places which i nearly lost half of it so far so i have nearly 0.025BTC

And if you keep looking at your old stats with a majority of loss you will just chase that loss in a quick way resulting to so much worse and making bad image of your gambling stats.
