I am holding bitcoin and some alternative coins and I think my greatest fear as a Bitcoin holder is when the value decreases and went to low value. This will make me worried if ever that the value decreases.

My greatest fear on bitcoin is when people dont trust on bitcoin and more believe on negative news. Negative news will bring bitcoin price drop and make people do not want to hear about bitcoin. Its fear me on this cryptomarket
Negative news do not bring the price drop but only those people start to sell their bitcoin who do not have much knowledge about bitcoin. In this way the price of bitcoin start to drop and with that some people sell off waiting for the dip. I will say that it is the thing which will not give us benefit at a high level but will give only a smaller profit while if we will not sell then we will see the price at strong level and more and more people will come to trust on it and so a huge price increase will occur in it.

My biggest fear with BTC and all crypto is of course losing it.

I take as many security precautions as possible (Hardware wallet, backup seed stored at two locations), but still, the hackers out there continue to advance. Who knows what they will eventually be capable of.

My only fear is that the bitcoin would stop or the value of bitcoin would be gone that there is no more demand for it,
That one day bitcoin would be useless and would be considered as the greatest bubble of all time.

My biggest fear is that my country will totally ban and consider using Bitcoin illegal. Although I know it is unlikely to happen, I just fear that situation because for me even if  am earning good amount from Bitcoin if our government will totally ban if, then I don't have any choice but to avoid it and just follow the laws. I am a law abiding citizen and I want it to stay that way.

My greatest fear in bitcoin is the time when bitcoin will be at the lowest value. If this happens, we all will suffer from dumping in it. Also i am afraid  the scammer and hacker.I encountered before since I started to hold bitcoin is the low rate or the negative fluctuation of bitcoin value because in this past months of 2017 I encountered the shocking dropped of its value, when China banned bitcoin in there country I taught in that time that I will loss my money because of that event, but later on bitcoin stay again to fluctuate normally, and it give me hope again to hold my bitcoin longer until it reach my satisfaction price which is 30,000 USD. Bitcoin is one of the most stronger in this time and I think many banks will try to destroy it, there are many scenario that it might happen on bitcoin and I'm very excited to find it out.

"Hacking and scams remain the top risk for Bitcoin holders. Exchanges that shut down or passwords stolen from devices can easily wipe out a person’s bitcoins. Moreover, governments and central banks from various countries are starting to impose limitations on the use of cryptocurrencies.

Digital coins clearly threaten the political and economic establishment, and the regulatory environment can quickly change with the stroke of a legislative pen. Banks and governments typically use familiar language in the media, such as the need to protect consumers from new risks.

We are hearing familiar talking points from politicians who are getting pressured from the banking lobby. It seems that the root cause of the status quo’s actions in 2017 is to protect fiat currencies and traditional financial interests. Competing digital coins represent a potential end to the government’s monopoly of the monetary system." - Bitcoin.com

What are the top risks for Bitcoin holders?

Yes, I agree. In other words, Bitcoin Storage Security is not yet maximal.

Bitcoin is stored in a virtual wallet that can be fitted with a private key before use. But because such data is stored in the Internet network, security is of course very vulnerable hacked by cyber criminals.

Some cases of lost Bitcoin have occurred and disadvantageous userss millions of dollars. Unmitigated, hackers no longer target the wallet individually, but targeting the providers wallet and Bitcoin stock sites that oversee many customers. Inputs.io and Mt. Gox is an example of the victims of Bitcoin hackers who feel the big losses.

Other Bitcoin wallet storage alternatives are not spared the risk. For the sake of avoiding risk through the Internet network, Bitcoin users usually use applications that are installed on the PC or commonly referred to as an offline wallet. However, if the owner has neglected to take care of and maintain the ownership of his hard drive, then Bitcoin that can be lost.

All we know that bitcoin is volatile. Its not consistent in its increase. Actually, at first i am not aware what does holding a bitcoin possible benefit. Its like, everytime i have some bitcoin from faucets (before, a long time ago) i withdraw my earnings when i reach the minimum amout, eventhough its just a little amount. But as i join this forum i learn the benefits of holding, and so lucky that i did that. The value of bitcoin today make my holding double. I always check my bitcoin wallet and see the equivalent value now and then, when decrease in value, i feel frustrated, thinking why i did not encash this in this time, etc. Thats what i fear. Lowering its price

Maybe as a bitcoin holder, most people are scared that if you are holding a lot of bitcoin and all the means of converting or cashing it out is banned or considered illegal. This will make bitcoin value less. Any news that is bad or anything that will affect bitcoin in a bad way scares every holder. There's actually a lot of bad news and FUD coming out since the year started and it greatly affected the market demand on both bitcoin and altcoin.

My biggest concern is that I'm losing my bitcoins in some way.
I have spread them a little bit but you can't always be 100% sure that a exchange won't go bankrupt.
I just don't have enough to securely store them on a hardware wallet yet.

My greatest fear or it is better if, our fear as a bitcoin holder is of course the price of it. When The price of bitcoin will decrease in a very low amount, that is our fear. Because if that will happen, we don't know where it will increase again. And we all know that in the world of crypto, there is a risk. A big big risk. Therefore, we need to trust bitcoin and wait 'til the price of it will become bigger and higher.

My biggest worry when holding Bitcoin is when Bitcoin will become a bubble. They will return to zero. At this time I will lose all my capital. The second thing I worry about is that the hackers are always trying to steal my wallet. Although, Bitcoin generates a high income for us but holds them extremely dangerous.

What are the top risks for Bitcoin holders?
The fear of being hacked. I do fear being hacked. I hate that thing. I got hacked once, in my etherwallet, all of my tokens are gone. Those token are holding of mine. Approximately, I lost $ 3,000 that time. I feel frustrated that time and all of my investments and hard work are lost and in the hands of a hacker.

What are the top risks for Bitcoin holders?
My greatest fear as a bitcoin is holder is when the price of bitcoin does not increase again and will continuously lower its price. If that happens, I will lose a lot of money because I invested almost all of my money in bitcoin hoping that I can earn a huge amount of profit to it in the future.
This could be some of the way to be lesson learned for cause there is a lot of choices that it could be some of the way that we may have to be more focus on.
