Gamble with moderation/limit.

This is the one which most of the gamblers doesn't have. They don't know the word "MODERATION". They will just gamble in the casinos hoping that they are lucky and will win. They don't know when to stop too if they are winning and don't know how to stop if they are losing too because some of the gamblers who are losing are finding ways just to have money to gamble.

If you really want to gamble, at least put some limits and if you've reached a certain limit then that is the time for you to stop. Always put a target price if you win and if you lose, learn to accept your lose and not gamble again.

Responsible to the point that you know when to stop and know your bankroll capacity since if you control this up for sure you are not going to a bad track on gambling and it's very advisable for the gamblers to not chase their losses since and settle to quit when house is not on your side, and always to have a self discipline since gambling is fun when we keep our heads clear up.

But, what result you are going to accomplish just because of those recommended way of gambling? Only loss? If you can't gamble with some limits, it could definitely hurt you and I agree with it. However, if it is not really that dangerous with some limits and some period of breaks that kind of means that maybe you could potentially still gamble and not get a trouble with it. I understand some people may not really stop themselves when they get into gambling and that is why it is called an "addiction", that is something I can understand.

However, if you do not get addicted to gambling and can manage to keep yourself gambling with a lot of money and just pay with couple bucks and you can gamble on once every week or so, you can definitely continue gambling without any trouble. The only important part here is to make sure you keep that distance from addiction while gambling.

because we knew gambling that more of losing than wins so if we can make some strategy or attitude to make it less,that is much better as a help.
