Apart from obvious things like good design, nice interface and professional approach what I really like is attention to the details.
If I see that some elements of the interface is lacking, there is missing picture or link is not working I totally lose desire to play.

it is a risk. everyone has a different opinion about gambling. you only have to choose. playing or not at all. 
just like how am i attracted to a certain person, of course the looks will catch my attention first but the great things inside her will attract me. what i am trying to say is the design will catch my attention but its great features will attract me , especially if it has unique features
