1 Bitcoin today is around 65,000 in dollars.
This amount is more than enough for me to build a complete duplex in today's style or I can use it to buy some acres of lands if I want.
Its also a good amount to start good income ideas like setting up a small mining farm with Bitcoin Asics and some other Asic miners for Alephium and ETH2 mining.
I started buying Bitcoin in 2022 and so far its been good all along, I do have some plans to expand my income stream using my BTC ROI but thats later in 2025 when Bitcoin makes a new all time high, but for now I will rather watch my Bitcoin grows first.

This thread reminded me of what I did some years ago. I think it was 2018 or 2019 when I sold 10 bitcoins ranging from $3k to $4k each. It was out of fear that the price might even drop further and I may never had enough cash to finish the house. What a bummer. Now, my house can be sold at 1 bitcoin. By the year 2022 which was the start of another bearish cycle I was seriously considering of selling it so I can invest the proceeds mostly to crypto. Anyways, it is what it is. I still started my DCA last 2022 using my small monthly savings.
Current price of Bitcoin in my local currency is at ₱3,705,733.00 that is equivalent to $65,276.00 so with that money I can buy a lot of things but my priority would be to finish my 7 years old partially built house because I ran out of funds on it up until now and I think $12,436.99 or ₱705,733 would be enough to make it liveable for me and my family. The remaining ₱3,000,000 will be allocated for a family car worth ₱1,000,000, agricultural land as an investment worth ₱1,000,000 and a commercial space worth ₱1,000,000 so I will be having a passive monthly income.

Yes. This is a smart solution. By having just 1 BTC for now, there will be many ideas and opportunities for us to develop businesses, especially if BTC reaches a price of 100K in time, which then we turn Bitcoin into fiat currency, continue to develop it, large purchases such as creating stores for rent or opening mini markets that serve the daily needs of the community as you mentioned above.

Bitcoin is not yet legalized in the country where I come from so buying and selling any product with Bitcoin is completely prohibited in our country. But in our country a bitcoin is worth a lot if we convert a bitcoin to our local currency we can buy a house and a car with that.

As of the time of writing this post 1 Bitcoin is currently valued at #74.6 million Nigerian Naira, which is quite a huge sum of money capable of opening a semi transport company, because I just made a little research about the price of an 18 seater bus, and could find out that the price of each "foreign use" bus cost just only #13.5 million Naira, which means that with 1 Bitcoin, which is equivalent to #74.6 million, one should be able to afford buying at least 5 (i.e #13,500,000 x 5 = #67,500,000) while still left with an extra #7.1 million for maintenance & smooth running of the transport company. Hence, if by chance I'm lucky to own full 1 BTC today, I swear I will hurry go start a semi transport company today with this 5 buse, which I'm sure likely to generate nothing less than #1million daily.

If we ignore inflation (measure in terms of bitcoin) price in certain areas are the same with little rise but in certain other areas like my neighborhood has had an explosive growth! Basically if I had sold my bitcoins and bought the house next to me, I would have made a lot more profit in this timeframe
In any case I did some exploring and apparently a small villa like this in my city goes for about 0.76BTC these days

Agricultural land, with access to road (electricity and water is on you 🦁)one of the best long term investments you can make in Turkiye right now imo.
Price is open to negotiation in these deals, can be closed for 1 BTC comfortably, PH level slightly acidic, suitable for organic farming...

With the current bitcoin price of 34k, I would probably just buy myself 2 of these Toyota Trueno AE86, and if I'm lucky I might buy 3 and the leftover money would be used for restorations and then I can sell these restored bad boys to other car enthusiasts that are a fan of the anime Initial D, this car was the main car of the protagonist and 90s kids who got the money will pay top dollar to have one.

I think the current price of Bitcoin today is way beyond that amount you are actually specifying due to the recent pump in price. As for today the current price of 1Bitcoin is Nigeria way beyond 27million if you actually want to sell off in any CEX or DEX in the crypto space. That's a whooping sum of 44million naira and that's almost twice of the actual price you stated and this could even buy more assets here in Nigeria.

In one of posh society (close to main city) near me, you'd get 2700 sq.ft plot for 1800000 INR. You wouldn't be able to complete house with left over amount if you were to buy a plot here.
Better idea is to buy acre of land and build a house on it. You get area to farm stuff as well and buy bike worth 80000-100000 INR for your commute to main city.
