I don't think the government is that much stupid and they are very well known about the crypto world and what actually it is. They are not legalizing it because there is no point in doing that. Bitcoin is free and unpredictable. No one can actually control it or can at least do something about it. Even if governments Legalized it then also there is no additional help or service we will get from it because it is not gonna profit to the government or anyone else. people are free to use it and get whatever profit they can make with their hard work.

The government can only be convinced by one force and that is of democracy if the public voes and starts using bitcoin to an extent where a majority of the population uses bitcoin the government will be forced to regulate and allow bitcoin to enter its country.

Though bitcoin has been legalized by many governments but there are several governments which fear from this digital crypto currency.  Their fear is due to the anonymity of the business.
These are underdeveloped nations which always fear that anonymous currency will flow out of the country without any checks.  Their fear is though real.  Smuggling; black marketing; black money ; money laundering are the major issues which force them to reject bitcoin.

Is no longer news that various countries of the world are not in support of Bitcoin either as a means of payments or for trading purpose. This are been a challenges most Bitcoin users are facing throughout the countries of the world inexception of few countries.

I have begin to see it that maybe they are thinking that adoptions of Bitcoin might bring a partial collapse of the banking system and also a means of curbing money laundering.
So, let hear your views on what can be done to make our government realised the important of Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology.

we can realize the government that the importance of bitcoin technology by proving that unemployed can make a lot of money from working on bitcoin, we can prove that the importance of bitcoin for people with disabilities because they can make money even if they can not talk and people who can not walk.

it seems the government will not be easy to create regulation about cryptocurrency like bitcoin because I see the government is very afraid if bitcoin can take over the world and make world finance open means that everyone can see the existing transcation and the government is afraid if it can not corrupt again.

Bitcoin been legalized it a question of time.
I think Government did legalized bitcoin is not because are don't like it, I think is because it have not yet again the trust they are looking for in bitcoin so with time they will understand what bitcoin is all about and it will be legalized by many countries as a miss of payment.

The Bitcoin market is full of profits, and the national government will not miss these opportunities. it will force he governments to to re think its policies concerniing Crypto
Yeah but its hard to put tax on bitcoin because its hard to identify who are the users of bitcoin I think the government can do is to put a regulation about bitcoin like appointing only one agency where people can convert their bitcoin into cash so by that they can put proper tax on people.

To my own understanding, the legal status of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them. Whereas the majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin itself illegal, its status as money (or a commodity) varies, with differing regulatory implications. While some countries have explicitly allowed its use and trade, others have banned or restricted it. Likewise, various government agencies, departments, and courts have classified bitcoins differently.
bitcoin need to be regulate first once if it become regulate so it will start paying tax and i,m sure in a second any government will make it legal.

BTC is a pretty lucrative market, with large sums in the market, the national government will not miss these opportunities. I think a lot of the process can be done to legalize government bitcoins like paying taxes on government bitcoins and so on but now bitcoin is not illegal

very difficult to explain to the government because the most important thing in the minds of the government is that people who corruption will be difficult and cause the collapse of the currency price of the country because many people will use bitcoin and leave the currency of the country
Most governments see Bitcoins as a threat to their national currency and they then decide to make it illegal in the process. But others are very wise an they see how much money they can make off it by taxation and they legalize it.

It country we have a form of transaction called mobile money. With this mobile money, you can send money from one phone to another and the receiver can withdraw the cash from any qualified agent. as soon as the governments of those countries where bitcoin is banned, it will be understood, then everything will fall into place and it will be legalized everywhere.

I think one of the main examples that can force them to do that, would be an experience of older developing countries of doing that, like Philippines in a few months from now they would show us all what is life with cryptocurrency.

Maybe create a group that supports cryptocurrencies and share knowledgw to people about the advantages of it. News spreads really fast especially with larger groups. The more people tere are, the better it is.
Well, at least on my country since it is democratic.

Right now media and governments are not in the mood of legalizing the bitcoin. Even some countries announced it as banned even there is no evidence of it.So in this case, if you want bitcoin will be legalize by the government you need to make an action by just informing them about butcoin and the opportunity it will bring.

The bitcoin as a crypto currency is still very young and has not been noticed by all countries so it just need some time until it gets legalized by the country.
You may not know that many countries are accepting bitcoin like Germany, Japan, and Korea. Surely in the future, the whole world will accept bitcoin as the form of payment
