How did you lose your money is it from playing or you've been scammed, if you've been scammed it's better to share your story in the scam section so people will be warned not to play on the casino that scammed you, if it's from playing then you learned a big lesson that you should not use your saving to gamble, only play with money that you can afford to lose.
And on finding the safe casino to play, do check feedback coming from their respective announcement and check the scam section if they have a valid accusation there, when I say valid, the players did not cheap and the ban is justifiable.

Your best bet is to work your way up slowly, keep the balance on your casino / sportbook account as low as possible if you're not betting with it at the time and don't bet too big.
