I just wanted to find out which casinos have forums? I know of Stake, Primedice and Duckdice.
if the OP wants to see the casinos that are on this forum and are being played by the community here you can see them here:

Topic: [Overview of all bitcoin casinos] Latest update: 14-03-19 VISIT NEW WEBSITE

I think some of the casinos listed in the above topic, can help you in working on the article that you are currently working on.
Good luck.

Do you think having a forum thread and overall communication is an advantage for an online casino? Shall we add it to the rating criteria on BestBitcoinCasino.com?
It's  a way for casinos to promote their content without having restrictions. For example, bitcointalk limits you to 1 thread per gambling section and 1 bump per 24 hours.

Nothing against bitcointalk cause they're only trying to reduce spamming, it just gives casinos more options for their content.

You might find it hard to spam their forums with your links to win gamblers to the casino/product you promote inside the article of yours. Not all of them are welcoming outside casinos being promoted on their forum. I have tried it myself so be careful posting your article for they might not delete the article but allow your article to stay and take out the links you inserted.  Grin

Do you think having a forum thread and overall communication is an advantage for an online casino? Shall we add it to the rating criteria on BestBitcoinCasino.com?

You will attract spammers.

Is the community that's outside of their website and uses another platform for their forum counted? just like fortunejack's discord and subreddit.

https://www.reddit.com/r/FortuneJackCasino/

For their discord channel, you can visit their website.

Not all gambling sites has their own forum, but there are still some other sites aside the ones you mentioned on your post:
¤ Bitsler: https://forum.bitsler.com/
¤ Trustdice: https://forum.trustdice.win/ (probably not really active due to lack of interest)

Are there other sites that offer this and do you use them?

Currently I active in one forum of the gambling site, it is Stake forum because there are so many good offers and promotion.
Perhaps Stake forum is the most active forum compared to others.

Basically not all of them have a dedicated forum but you can search in AskGamblers.com.
