Low demand seems to be eternal answer for this question. Since most of tokens have no real use, it is easy to drop them without significant efforts.

Bitcoin dropped 20k to 6k in last 10 months because too many new investors came to crypto space. And they created hype and they pumped btc until 20k dollar.
All price drops because of that. You know after bitcoin alts pumped. and they started to decrease in february. I think in near future market will be more stable and i think
bear will ends in near future.

The price drops is caused by many reasons. First, the fall in the price of Bitcoin made all other altcoins price drop since they are all dependent on bitcoin. Secondly, the market situation caused by the negative  news flying around which made bitcoin price fall in the first place and made people afraid of holding bitcoin, decided to sell off.. That alone reduced the price of Bitcoin because we know bitcoin is influenced by the forces of demand and supply and a couple of other reasons.

People who are holding are afraid of higher losses, so they prefer to sell tokens and coins as soon as possible. In such terms it may be hard for market to remain stable.

A Blockchain Mobile Operator With Token Rewards

Almost all the altcoins (and bitcoin too) went down alot yesterday. Does anybody have a clue what caused this major drop?
There are lot of factors affecting the price drop or pump. Mostly the reason why a tokens/coins are being dumped is because bounty hunters started selling their token rewards once they already that it is listed on crypto exchange/s. In the case of old coins, there are rumors that sometimes the market itself is the who manipulates the prices.

How would you like? to always bitcoin cost 19 000$? and the whole market was insane? it never does. There was a Very good market, which led it to overflow. Therefore, we need such a pause in the market. Many beginners and even experienced investors and autistic people do not understand what is required.  And professionals know that further development of the market requires such a pause after such a frantic growth.. You must understand that after such a pause should be just a crazy market that will give the opportunity to make good money. Now you understand that this artificial retention of low prices Yes undoubtedly affect the price of more news that somewhere prohibit cryptocurrency, where the negative happens to her, but it's all a trifle compared to the fact that the price is held artificially.
As I look prices drops due to the negative thoughts with people which the investors are afraid to involve already or the issues about scams in project they launched. It can affect the market value because of spreading bad informations.

To understand what led to the fall in prices in the crypto market, you first need to understand what led to the growth. And so the increase was due at least to the launch of bitcoin futures. This means that the financial instrument was launched, with the help of which the capital of small players was attracted, most likely for the test. The price actively went up and soon, when the price reached its peak, we saw a decline in prices, that is, profit taking. Further, the price continued to decline, and all this is done in order to reduce the price and redeem as much as possible of the top crypto assets. At the same time, we saw news on the launch of new tools: ETF and Bakkt. That is, everything is being prepared to launch new tools and to attract institutional investors. Now we can conclude that the reason for the fall in prices is simply to fix the profits of large players and the next purchase of crypto assets at a low price for the launch of new financial instruments, in order to attract institutional investors and regular earnings.

And it is still happening  Smiley There are a lot of different reasons why, but we can say only one thing, that the market is going down and down. We need a new wave of hype and investors to change things. We need another great projects to attract the new audience.

The reason for all of the price drops is because of all of the selling. When there is a bull then people are selling their coins to make their profit and once they start selling out in masses then too much money is leaving the market which means way too much supply is being dumped in the market and with not enough demand to balance it out, the prices go down

This is a simple matter, the cryptocurrency market is a subject for an intense manipulation. After the huge boom, the whales locked in profits, so we were waiting for a long market disruption. The market has stabilized just now, therefore you can start earning.

In fact, this situation in the crypto market can be explained by various circumstances. First of all, you should take into account the protracted financial correction. Also, with falling prices, the confidence of many investors in cryptocurrencies decreased. After stabilization of the situation, investor confidence will gradually recover, and prices will rise.

I think the reason for greeting market down is because there are still many people selling crypto that they have. as a result the price slowly dropped. so don't expect the market to return if there are still many people who aren't sure yet.

It's common for any market to go up and down. You can check the chart of any fiat currency, or gold or stocks or S&P 500. Traders know it's common for any market to have ups and downs.
I agree that these price spikes are normal for the market, but not in this case, as the market fell very much, even with the correction it still fell very low and now it is essentially not growing.

In fact, any financial sector develops in a cycle. In place of the rise in prices comes a gradual decline in the cost of tokens. Therefore, I am sure that the situation on the crypto market will stabilize over time. After a partial increase in prices of major altcoins investor confidence will be restored.

Unfortunately, the crypto market has low liquidity and there are not so many players on it, most major exchanges have fictitious sales volumes, and as a result of any bad news, the entire market may collapse, even if it is fake news.
