I bought Eth at $9 and sold at $3100. I could have had few other coins over 1000x even (XRP for instance) but hold on too long, which can also be dangerous. ANyway, ETH is my only real realised 100x+ one.

Since everyone talks about coins they invested in years ago. Here, my most recently 100x would be LUNA (or LUNC now) back when it drop to 0.00000x price and later turn to 0.000x
Tho I got lucky and didn't sell it cheap after all the other bad news like Binance didn't allow trading it. Please don't blame yourself for you missing the chance of holding Doge. I didn't get 100x but I'm glad I was able to gain a good profit out of my Bitcoin and Ethereum profit for years of holding it. I had regrets about letting the opportunity pass to invest with potential altcoins because I was too afraid to invest in new projects at those times. However, I learned to be grateful because not everyone is making a good profit out of their investments so I am still happy with what I got.

There are many people who dream of 100x returns and it should motivate others to invest in coins worth looking forward to - which is basically just bitcoin for crypto. Most altcoins fail the long term test of stress because they lack the intrinsic market making capability, unable to use the altcoins for the service which leads to a natural burn of tokens and scarcity.Still the top 5 have been good, keeping aside and forked coins.
Dont expect huge profits overnight, such expectations lead to wrong decisions. Everyone out there wants to make money but then someone needs to lose money too.

So, I haven't made any that big amount of profits, yet, hopefully I will. But it always motivated me to see that some people are able to make that huge of profits. Makes me think that I might be next.

Not now you have such luck and chance because cryptocurrency is on down run and no of the cryptocurrency somebody can advise some one to buy or invest with because of the way the market is going down every day and if you are advice to invest for coin don't invest any money except you research and see coin you like to invest with, some body advice a friend to buy luna coin and after some months of investment luna fall to grass and the friend ask the person that gives advice for buying of luna coin for refund because it's the one that gave him assurance to buy luna Why did you choose that coin ?

It's always been Bitcoin, the data is the biggest proof many say that percentage of profit is very low on Bitcoin but it's not a pump and dump coin, you just hold it, buy when ts dipping totally trust it, compared to other altcoins in the market, Bitcoin trust rating is always high, it may go down at some point of time but the trust is still there and it will continue to be there. Why did you choose that coin ?
Not sure what coins are, but as far as I can remember, ETH and BNB, if you are a bagholders even around 2018, you could have made a lot of profits when the bulls complete it's run in 2021.
So there are still a lot of coins though, but I haven't look at them as I slowly moving away from alts and consolidated all of investment on Bitcoin. But if ever I will reinvest, I might not look at 100x. Much better to put your money on solid coins in the top 5 - 10 and HODL.
100x is a bit of a stretch, ETH was around 80 bucks, and the peak was 4k, so that is give or take x50 and that is the biggest altcoin in the world and still managed to make that much. BNB was around 20 bucks ans reached 70+ and that is close to 50x as well but not there just yet a bit under x40 to be precise.So there are still a lot of coins though, but I haven't look at them as I slowly moving away from alts and consolidated all of investment on Bitcoin. So, I am guessing that the huge ones can't make x100 but they did as well as you could hope for, anyone who bought at the bottom of the 2018 period and held it until 2021 then those people would be getting richer super a lot. By this logic if you invested 10k into ETH and 10k into BNB alone and nothing more, you would have 800k+ profit, and those are the two biggest names.

The illusion that you will make 100x on a certain coin is what gives no proper profit while 2x, 5x and even 10x profits are possible - which when done 50,20,10 times respectively ends up giving you 100x profit - it is a simple math.What I mean to point out is that bitcoin has shown similar profit multiplication over the last few years several times. You may not be able to catch every one of them but you should be able to catch most of them and hence end up with a 100x profit in a staggered manner. It is a long term game and short term hype-based coins that have no underlying value will only give you pain and not profit.

To be honest I don't have any assets that give me more than 100x profit. But from my experience I think that the best investment is long term investment. Because there are some of my crypto assets that when I bought and then sold, some time after that the asset went up many times the price when I sold it.
it need a little luck to find altcoin that will give us 100x profits only in near time. beside research and observation , luck factor also needed here , no one could avoid it. mostly shitcoin as pump and dump that will give us 100x profits, but it also have high risk too. our investment could loss when it rugpull. better pick investment that the growth rise steadyly as prove it demand created by true fundamental. 
100x? As in 10000%? I have yet to make such an amazing investment, however it seems to me that any investment that could go to 100x in 99.99% of all cases does not go to 100x. Rather to 0.01x if you're unlucky. Its too much risk involved so maybe thats why I have never really seen even one of my altcoins in my portfolio go to 100x but thats only because I go for low risk high reward coins only. Those usually are not new but have been established for a longer time period.

Everyone who buys coins before 2018 and hold it for long-term they definitely get good profit of 100x or more. The current market is relatively lower position, investing your assets for the next bull run have the possibility to get such type of return.Why did you choose that coin ?
That’s not just 100x but more than that. I would say some made over 1000% hikes while others went even more than that. Crypto is crazy place. Like someone buying SHIBA and getting 4K percent hike was possible few months back. So I would not be surprised if someone says I have made profits like that. Well, let’s not talk about those who bought bitcoins at cents worth prices because that’s insane amount of multiplication even with the current bearish market. So let’s make sure we keep buying and holding for next ten years minimum.
I didn’t hold any coin for that long time except bitcoin and Ethereum. I guess, 2 years ago i brought sovran coin. I found iy from telegram group. It was sound potential to me so i bought that higher amount as well as joined bounty too. so i gained a lot. It gave me approximately 20x return as far i can remember. As well as i also bought polka, matic and sol. Made profit for them too but not that much.
6 years is definitely too long to predict what will happen in such a young market. It should rather be considered which projects have a chance to survive such a time, and not whether you can earn 100x on them. If you want to buy some crypto and just forget about it for a few years, in my opinion only btc, eth and bnb are worth considering.

Currently, there are indeed very many altcoins that we can invest in to get a profit of up to 100x because the current decline has reached 50% for some coins so for the next 4-6 they will definitely return to the highest value as it happened last year, then BNB and ethereum are you I am for now because they will definitely get back the big profits they once passed.
No coin has given me 100x return because I did not hold for long time. I made 30x+ from Safemoon and Safemars. Shiba also give ma 10x because I was not early investors. Dogecoin also give me 10x. It's very hard to hold coins for 100x because no coin pump steady. Up and down is parts in crypto. I booked out profit very early.
