Regulation is somewhat needed by crypto's right now since there are so many scam coins existing since anyone could able to create a token out of erc20 contract and government should hold that one since those are critical areas which could lead us to be more safer if government will enter the ICO's scene. I also believe that bigger markets could create a big noise so no wonder the more growth will came the more people and government pursue to get on the crypto space.

Indeed, some kind of regulation is mandatory in order to block the appearance of so many scam ICOs.

This will raise crypto's good reputation and credibility, factors of paramount importance for crypto to be widely accepted.

The two leading currencies are BTC and ETH. They are the most necessary coin on the market, so we can buy and hold them during this time. Prices will rise sharply at the end of the year.

Cryptocurrency needs proper identity verification
It's the most common thing needed it's the main reason that is stopping CRYPTO to enter real world.

Probably that will be the best thing that are needed in cryptocurrency which is the proper identity and can be additional to this is to have a much suite and much better regulations therefore it cannot easily using by some worst people in their illegal transactions. As we known that there are a lot of news that regards to crypto involvement that's why some other peoplpe are afraid or hesitate to have an involvement in crypto world and maybe the reason why some government are really banned it in their respective countries.
I purely agree on the fact of regulation and that would really usher in some good level of growth in the community. Also, it would obviously affect a lot of coins and tokens that came into the system as pure scams and it would end up being more like cleaning the space.

I believe with this, it would ensure a matured market and with bigger players and institutions setting into the space, we all know the space is not going to keep being what it has always been in the past and that is really good for growth as far as I am concerned.

Yes, no currency can beat Bitcoin in the current market situation. Bitcoin has a well-developed platform and has a lot of influence on other currencies, which in the future could be expected to take over the market and gain more interest from many.

Identity will only be restricted to exchanges and it does not change the idea that decentralization brings. Yes, most of the exchanges we have had now have been centralized in nature and this is where I see so many decentralized exchanges coming up in the long run as we get to see some good ones that would become more used than centralized.

Regulation is not a bad thing anyway as that should help growth and create peaceful and sane environment for investors. But it usually treated by most of crypto users as an non-acceptable concept against decentralization. Only time may tech us that we may need regulations are not.

The crypto market needs global acceptance and awareness among general public which will automatically leads to price pumps. The government regulations and support is also needed for its fast growth because people fear that they might lose their money if governments take some legal steps against it. Else more technical developments and obstacles like fees should be removed and then we will see crypto very ahead..

I think digital cryptocurrency needs government support most!
If the government prohibits digital cryptocurrencies, digital encryption is difficult to develop!
This is the biggest weakness of digital cryptocurrency!
The main contradiction between decentralization and centralization!

I think what we need to do in this stage of cipher is to develop our own community. Only if the development of the community is stronger, will it be accepted by more people, and it will also be accepted by more countries and industries.

Bitcoin- in bullish time
Cryptocurrency needs investors that are good for long term and not just investor that are faking that they are for the technology but in the reality, they are just for the money of making profit in the short term so for me, it is best for the cryptocurrency to have investors that are real and good for long term so we will see more progressive cryptocurrency rather than a volatile and more likely manipulated.

I think there are many of them and buying only one of few of them would be a mistake. Also it depends on the level of the experience you have in the crypto investment. If you are not that much experienced, then you’d better start with something more classic, like bitcoin, ethereum, neo might be considered. If you want to make it more interesting, consider participating in the ICO in this case. Follow several channels for the review, consider different projects and then invest.

I think we should not stick with one or two coins. Also we should not stick with our favorite coins. There are many coins in the market and many of them has good potential. The best thing we can do is to divide our investments in all the good coins, so that in case few of them fail, we still get good profit from the remaining  coins.
If the investor is not considering bitcoin an option for spending money on, which is a very fatal mistake, then I would also support the idea of diversification or holding more than 2 or 3 coins. However, for a person who understands bitcoin and its future, I can guarantee he would only invest in here. This is the only asset that can make a person millionaire with smallest investments and shortest time possible.

I have really never seen a new investor who has never come into the crypto world first without bitcoin being the first digital currency they must have heard of but apparently saw some other opportunities and decided to invest in them as well.

We are actually getting to that stage where cryptocurrency will get regulated and we may see some little bit of support from the government to ensure a good growth phase. Looking at how the bigger players have been showing interest though, I am sure cryptocurrency space is gradually hitting that level.

I do not think this is a good idea, people like bitcoins it is very anonymous. Most of the exchanges already take your KYC if you make bigger deposits.

Decentralized exchanges are the ones needed most, we are trading decentralized coins in centralized exchanges  Grin but no worry we have great dex OAX developing

No, we don't need exchanges, centralized or decentralized.
If we're going to really move to a cryptocurrency we must start using cryptos directly.
Right now exchanges have gone far from what they were supposed to be and ended up as a stock market where everything is priced in fiat.

We only need places where people that haven't yet bought coins can buy them, and A LOT of places where people can spend their coins without having to sell them for fiat before.

I definitely agree that we need all that, places where people can spend their coins directly, merchants accepting crypto without looking for payment processors, etc. But how are we going to get there? Bitcoin has been widely known for at least 5 years, since the Mt.Gox times. And did we get any further from there? You can't force Bitcoin's use in the economy. With that said, truly decentralized exchanges or rather wallets which provide the decentralized exchange features may be a small step in the right direction, which we should make quite a few till we get where we want to be.

Actually we know about different crypto and pros and cons. TOP one crypto (Bitcoin) limited supply is about to get a bit more limited but still there's a lot of variability in the process thus there will always be plenty of bitcoin to  go around. Most cryptocurrency needs now a days is  a detailed explanation of the supply and digital scarcity.

Crypto trading/investing/mining needs to build up a a reputation of legitimacy, honesty and transparency.

The huge number of ICO scams are causing major damage to this activity. We need to stop this!
