I personally use Bitcoin as my main currency for gambling, but i also tend to use ethereum between the now and then, i think that these tow are probably the most that you are going to find as an accepted payment method in online casinos at least the ones that accept cryptocurrency, but also bitcoin is accepted in more famous regular casinos that usually take fiat.

Let us know what your favorite currencies are to gamble with.

Possibly we will start accepting your favorite currency on our site Bit-Exo.com if its not supported yet!

Leave a reply if your currency is not in the list.

Everyone just trusts and believes in Bitcoin and Etherum. I admit that everyone here is not too sure about altcoin, using altcoin is too risky because it could have reduced the value of the investments it had when playing gambling. So you should not be too bothered to add other coins, I am sure that everyone will definitely agree to choose Bitcoin and Etherum as a top choice.

IMO The best coins at the moment we can use for gambling is Ethereum because confirmation is fast but I would have preferred to use bitshares as transactions are instant which makes it a good choice but the problem is few sites accept this coin which is unfortunate for us, hope the bitshares team can market this coin more to grow their userbase.
Voted for bitcoin and dogecoin.

Come guys, it's year of the DOGe.  Grin

I really like to gamble with bitcoin as if I'll gamble with other alts, I still need to sell them and convert it to bitcoin. With dogecoin, I like it because of the quick and very low fee.

Doge few people talk of this coin and am afraid this cryptocurrency will die a slow death soon

Most often I gamble with bitcoins. For this crypto currency, there are a large number of different casinos and gambling sites. Bitcoins are easy to withdraw to your wallet or to various exchanges.

The first decentralized crypto betting platform
Bitcoin only, as I only hold bitcoin. I may diversify and get a couple more coins in the future, but I want to get a decent amount of bitcoin before.

As it’s been said above, I have also gambled a lot using fiat.

I always gamble with btc ever since I started in crypto gambling up to now. If you were going to put a different coin to play on your site, I suggest just go on the top 3 in market which is btc, eth, and ltc but if you want to add more, I think doge and monero is also good addition.

Bitcoin is always my first option when I gamble because not a lot of sportsbook here would let you bet with altcoins most of them would only let you convert it to fiat or bitcoin. The three crypto that I picked are Bitcoin , Ethereum and CLAM. I don't have a solid third choice though gambling with all of the listed coins won't be a problem for me. I only chose clam because it's an old crypto plus there are a couple of gambling sites that also accepts it other than jd.

Bitcoin FTW!
I currently use a mix of BTC and LTC and sometimes ETH to deposit funds. I don't keep a huge stash of either LTC or ETH, but I use it for smaller transactions for quicker confirmation and thus deposit times, and I use BTC for larger gambling transactions above a few hundred dollars. I also currently hold lots of Tronix, but there's not many gambling sites that support it- hopefully this'll change soon so I don't have to waste money on coin conversion fees through Shapeshift, etc.

Basically 90% of the time it was with BTC.

I don't like gambling with other alts but the other alts that sites accept I usually don't hold.

Back during the transaction spamming where you needed like 500 Sats/byte to get a transaction thru the network I tried coins like Doge and LTC.

Now the transaction were cheap but going back and forth between these coins was annoying.

This is why I really wish some casinos finally started to use Stablecoins like TUSD or USDT. However I asked many admins and due to legal reasons they don't want to get involved with tether.

I really don't gamble a lot but there was this one time when I try my luck in gambling and I used my bitcoin and nothing else, I really did not win anything and just loss everything which is why I stopped and never gamble again but sometimes I do go to the casino and play with real money.  I think that bitcoin is really the most used coin in gambling and trading, If I ever gamble again I would just use bitcoin and nothing else.

I voted, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum. I used those 3 coins for my gambling activity, I remember back in December when Bitcoin was so expensive, that's why I try to look for alternatives like Litecoin and Ethereum. Of course they are super fast as compare to Bitcoin but I would say today I predominantly play with Bitcoin. But its good that gambling website will really offers a lot of alt coins as we all know that most of us doesn't just hold Bitcoin alone in our portfolio. So the more options we can see the better chance that we are attracted because the coins is already at our disposal and ready for deposit in case you need to scratch that inch in your hands, so to speak.

I mostly use bitcoin for my gambling when I need to gamble for taking some entertainment but at some times of the previous year the fees of transaction of bitcoin was much higher and the transactions were also very slower and took longer time and it became insufficient for the bitcoin gamblers so at that time I started with other coins and in them one was ethereum and other was ripple and for others I also used other coins.

I actually think some of those coins are not used in any gambling sites, and people just trade them. Examples of that are probably cardano, eos, ripple and stellar. Not sure if it is for lack of offer, or if people would still not use them even if they were accepted. I also don't know if their network is very good to be used as a gambling currency. It would be interesting to see if people would actually use any of those coins if you listed them.

The others are quite nice, and although I only use BTC, doge and ether, I wouldn't mind trying monero and dash for example if you accepted them.

the biggest choice will certainly be on bitcoin, but for alternatives for those who have and minimal to gamble. you should use dogecoin. because the dogecoin community is pretty much and this would be the best option as gambling for fun that does not require huge funds

Bitcoin, Litecoin and Monero are pretty much the main coins I use when gambling. XMR goes pretty much hand in hand with gambling for obvious reasons, so it's not surprising to see it in some of the popular cryptocurrency betting sites. So, you should probably add it to the site if you want to attract more new users  Grin

I think FJ has XMR also right?
Yes, FJ accepts XMR.

Surprising to see that I'm only person voting for Monero. Surely I'm not the only one who thinks Monero (and possibly Zcash) are ideally suited for gambling with?

You're not, and I would have voted for it had I 4 choices! Bitcoin is my preferred currency over anything else for any reason, including gambling, simply because it's the one I use the most. My other two (ETH and LTC) are actually for reasons that I own some and would be happy to gamble them away (with the exception of Litecoin).

Monero is something I would use for specialised purposes and not quite gambling yet, not when Bitcoin and others are available quite freely. Maybe if more casinos accepted it.

I might add that some people actually see gambling with BTC as an extra level of "mixing" up their sources/spends... you put a deposit in and you get back unrelated coins when you withdraw.

I tried gambling wirh monero and it is surely the ideal coin when it comes to true anonymous experience but whenever i made a deposit i always had to send a support ticket because for some reason it never credited to my account automatically  Undecided

As far as altcoins go, I really like to gamble with Litecoin and Dogecoin, just because they're low in value and the minimum bets are lower.
It's also much faster to deposit, since you usually don't have to wait long for confirmations.

It's usually a lot more expensive and slower to gamble with Bitcoin. Just yesterday I had to wait almost an hour to get 1 confirmation.
