Real estate, only problem is that buying real estate with crypto is only wide-spread in Dubai, when it comes to other countries I consider better it's close to impossible. I can find individual sellers but no agency willing to deal with crypto.

Same thing here in my country, crypto are not yet legal and there are no establishments that accept Bitcoin or other altcoins as payment. In situations where I don't have fiat currency with me, I tend to convert some of my Bitcoin to the local currency and then use fiat to make the purchases. While I acknowledge that this may not be the ideal way to utilize Bitcoin, it's unfortunate that my country doesn't currently permit their widespread use. I believe many people in various countries around the world face similar issues when attempting to make purchases with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

The only way you could spend your crypto is through online transactions rather than in physical stores. I mean platforms like Bitrefill offer services where you can recharge your phone using Bitcoin. Additionally you can purchase gift cards and other similar items with crypto.

Yes, not all countries in the world have introduced such a transaction system through Bitcoin. Most of the countries in the world have till now online banking services, that is, although there are facilities to pay telephone bills, internet bills, electricity bills, etc. through online banking, there is no opportunity to pay them through Bitcoin. Are you living in the future or we are living in the past? Because as far as I know, not a lot of countries accept Bitcoin as a payment method, in fact, many countries are not in the favor of their citizens using cryptocurrencies since they find it as a threat to traditional financial systems that have been ruling for centuries over the privacy of people's financial activities.

And there are also not a lot of grocery stores accepting cryptocurrency payments around the world, there are some but it isn't yet so widely adopted as a payment method but it is more of an investment for everyone at the moment.

We still have a long way to go to reach that position where almost every country will regulate but legalize Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and merchants and shops will be allowed to accept Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as a payment for goods and services that they offer or provide, we will reach there but it will take time.

I mean, you could be right, but in some countries where bitcoin is banned, if the government finds out that you have bitcoin or use it to buy things, you could run into problems and could even get you to jail. However, I'm pretty sure many people still use it and hide it from the authorities.
