Second year IT student. A year and a half to go, not sure what I'm going to major in, probably network or application security. Software development will definitely be a backup though.

Software Engineer/System admin currently working in Bagram, Afghanistan.

You work for the US military? Or is that a joke?

Much more likely a private contractor.

This.

And yes I do understand the irony of being anti government making a buttload of money from the government.
You mean that they're funding your bitcoin activities?  Cheesy

Pretty much...gotta love the military industrial complex.

Exactly! Again - Again - Again

I'm waiting for Nefario to come back with GLBSE 3 and Peter Lambert to quickly open an investment fund. LOL

Phsss. I'm waiting for Bitcoin to again jump up 20-fold, and then crash to half, thus increasing my worth ten-fold again.

I work in a factory that makes those little paper umbrellas used for cocktails like Mai Tais or Pina Coladas. I work in quality control ensuring that the umbrella opens and closes effectively.
You spend your entire day jacking off little paper umbrellas?

Suddenly I don't mind taking care of twins so much. At least there's variety. Smiley

Hey, that's serious vital work. If I don't do my job right someone could poke an eye out when a defective one pops open accidentally.  Grin

BTW: I said this same joke response under my old nick (CornedBeefHash) almost two years ago when someone posted the same type of thread. This whole place is starting to go in circles!

Student. However, I plan on becoming an orthodontist so that will most likely be my chosen major. I am very interested in computers, technology and the such however, I am interested in going into orthodontistry because even though it isn't as interesting as computers, it pays more. I eventually want to own and manage my own company (want to become the worlds first trillionare, however my parents said they recommend I get a degree before trying to make a business so I have something to fall back on).

I wish you the very best! Get your work done wayyyyy before the deadline and you'll be good Smiley
