I know that the hot tea very help when its hot. Your body temperature rise up and air temperature feels not so hot like before.
if the weather is hot, the usual thing I do is to be close to the fan and maybe also accompany with orange juice, it will really help cool the body temperature
when the weather is very hot I usually take a bath and relax in a room with air conditioning, read the news ..
take charming bath and sit under the AC......
I love to swim in summers.
when the weather is hot i use air condition and watch movies while drinking ice tea

What I want to say is that if the weather is hot, then you can only rely on air conditioners and electric fans. I think air conditioning is the most suitable choice!
Eat ice cream. Drink something cold to freshen up. Go to the mall with friends. Or better stay at home and open the aircon
sunbath ^^ i like hot weather but i never forget to drink a lot and wear hat ^^
Run in the shadow, buy yourself a cold beer and enjoy the moment, feeling pretty good 
in my place it has not rained for almost 2 months

We have fans in every room and try to keep out of the sun where possible. The nicest place to be is either in my car or in the local supermarket (chilled isle of course )
I must admit it's pretty hard trying to function on a normal day to day basis. I'm really glad I don't have an outdoor job as I don't think I would be able to cope.

When the weather is very hot I will take a shower and make fresh drinks like fruit juice. if it still feels hot, I will take ice cubes and turn on the fan. I tarush ice cubes in a container and I place them in front of the fan that I have turned on. so the air will feel fresh
I usually go to the sauna so that the temperature outside doesn't affect me that much.
