I am happy most of the time. Happiness is one of the most important things in life, and for me it's just family and the fact that I am living.. I love life, and I am doing pretty much everything I can to maintain this mood
everyone becomes my friend and i give out what i have freely to people.
Smiling everytime, and trying to joke 
I clap my hands.
Eat food, drink vodka, smoke, listen to music, either separately, or better yet, at the same time 
don't do anything, maybe only laugh myself and peopel will thik that i'm crazy
I guess I don't bother thinking what I am doing when I am happy.
I just wonder for a open field and shout......loudly..........

When I'm happy I sing a song and spread the happiness to other people. And also when I'm bored and sad. I always express may feelings through songs but I'm not good at it. Just love to sing.

Going to gym and doing more workout with more weight
When I spend my time with relatives and friends - I'm really happy. Happiness is allways a result of your actions!
