Most of my bounty earnings are still in erc20 wallet hodling them I only check their prices on the exchanges i.e listed ones, I believe that any one could moon some day while I do exchange some for bitcoin then to fiat whenever I needed some cash, some of them has a good project having followed their roadmap.

Bounty hunters are being paid project's token for the efforts of promoting their project. Some hunters immediately dump their tokens once it hit exchanges. Some of them actually hold the tokens because they believe in that project and the roadmap. Optimistic, they wait for sucess and the time it will hit moon. Others may actually exchange that token for another.
From your experiences, where do you usually allocate your bounty earnings?
Because of the current situation I think many user are very sophisticated when it comes to manage of the token, because if we have to follow the flow of emotion with others of course we have to lose of chances being profitable person. for me I can hold my token and wait for the  good price value if ever some of my token didn't success its okay the important is I will try to wait and of course I will continue to support and try to joined again in any bounty campaign to replaced my loses.
At first, I also held all the earned tokens in hold, but the instability and the fall in the market made me choose a different strategy. Now I sell 50% immediately, leaving 50% to hold.

The reason for dumping it on early phase is to take advantage on the early price. It's rare for some tokens to reached their ICO price in the market without the BTC hype like happened last year. Also with the current situation of the market this year, it's really not making a sense to hold any tokens coming from a recently finished ICO especially for a bounty hunter no matter how good the project is.

They understand what they are doing and not a sign of being noob or sh*t. They have no regrets if time comes that those tokens will hit their moon price.

After getting the gift token, I save it first and wait for an exchange, if the exchange already exists, then looking at the price, what is it worth when thrown away?
But there are also tokens that until now have not been exchanged so that tokens are only stored.

It depends on the platform and activeness of the project. If it is listed in a good exchange I guess it is best to sell it but if not and the team would release something better to look forward then holding would be the best choice that we could do.

Most of the bounty token received are useless which never come to exchanges and have no value at all. The ones which have value, I keep them save and do not sell. The reason being their value is so low, in most cases even lower than the ICO price , so there is no point to sell these token cheap. Rather hold and wait if their price increase one day.

Been a bounty participant for a year now. I've held some coins until now and all I can say is I wish I should have dumped them the moment I got them. All of the projects I believed in are not doing well (even before this bear market) and some actually died off or is sleeping indefinitely. As for the coins I dumped, I invested them in other things outside crypto.

When I sell it and convert it to have a good value, I use it for some needed. I use it to buy my daily needs, keep the others as my earnings. And I don't want to use it for investing because I know I am contented for having a bounty earnings specially for what I have now.

9 out of 10 of these new coins will crash and burn. So the rational thing is to sell them immediately while they still have value.
Yes, people must be aware of this stuff unless you are that lazy to sell your coins, there is no reason to hold them if you feel those coins are not quite promising to hold since like you said most of new cons are shit coins and even fails when they hits the exchanges.

I have not seen one project with enough promise to be the next Yahoo or Youtube or Amazon, so I cannot keep those tokens, hoping that they would be valuable enough to make me filthy rich in the future. I strike whilst the iron is hot and I sell it while it is still worth something.

I use that money to buy bitcoins, because I see a promising future for Bitcoin. I truly believe 2017 was not just a bubble or a fluke and Bitcoin will go mainstream in the near future.  Wink Cool

I usually hold all token that I gain in bounty campaign and I also wait to list it in a good exchanger which have a good volume for that token. I usually allocate my earning in my financial and I also give some of earning to my parents.

what I do with earning boun. for shoping, for invest again, or even just hold and wait for the price to rise again. but most of the income from the bounty I hold, I don't sell directly because the price is still quite low. but if i sell, i do it again for buying ethereum or good coins.
actually its good ho hold than we sold it on cheap price.it would not give us huge reward if sell our bounty reward directly when it listed to market.sometime we need to be like investor too.

I basically trade them once in a while. Being a trader, I have always loved taking advantage of long term fluctuations, which I have always utilized to increase my stash, invest in more projects, and also at least get to pay myself over time for good job well done, no matter how long it takes. However, at the same time, considering the fact that I still always buy low, while taking advantage of the trend, I still see myself anyway as a long term holder unless of course, I do not believe there is a future for the project I am holding anymore, which is kind of rare, considering the fact that I do my research well, before joining any bounty at all.

I do all the things which are mentioned above. Depending on the attractiveness of the token, I immediately dump anywhere between 40% and 70% of the tokens once I receive them in my wallet. Most of this, I convert to fiat, but I convert a small part to BTC/ETH as well. I keep the remainder for long-term holding.

Normally when I get a token from them, I will sell it immediately because I need money to eat. but if indeed the project is truly very real and has a bright future I will sell it in part.
I also like that my income from the gift bounty is only for my own needs and if I will save the rest for the future, because with this gift campaign we can all earn money with a free and easy way to do it too
we could save some of this reward to invest on bitcoin for long time investment.if now on we could spend it to buy our daily needs, maybe our investment could used to ritirement fund.

Everyone have plan as per his / need, so can plan as per requirement. I would like to split my bounty earnings into two portions, I will sell 50% in 1st pump & hold reaming 50% for long term.
If price goes more down then I will try to buy it again from dip & try to take out some profit from this dump & pump.
